Although it took a little while to get on the schedule Built to Last did (and always does) a nice efficient job on our gutter cleaning. They call ahead and they leave no debris. Completely cleaning up after themselves leaving no work for us.

Built 2 Last carried out the work professionally and within the price I'd been given through Angie's List. I intend to hire them again the next time I need service for my gutters.

You're in a list and they call you 24 hours before they come. So we waiting a couple weeks but they did a good job and a great price.

I paid for the gutter cleaning on Angie's list and listed 3 dates for the cleaning. Built 2 Last did not pick any of those dates. They gave me one date that I said would not work. After that, I had to send multiple emails to try to get another appointment set up. I only received a call to set up an appointment after I contacted Angie's list to cancel the service. I was in the process of cancelling it and agreed to have them come out on a date they suggested. That date came and went without a phone call and no gutter cleaning. I got a call a few days later saying they were headed to my house within the next 10 minutes. I told them they were supposed to be there a few days prior and the man argued with me, telling me someone called me to cancel that. Well, I did not get a call, or an apology, and told them to not come to my house. I DID get my money back from Angie's list for the service that was not completed. I would NOT recommend Built 2 Last.

They were excellent. I will be using their services at least 2x/yr. Prompt and accommodating. Technician found a few pieces of flashing from an upper skylight laying on the lower roof. He climbed up the additional roof level (that he did not have to access for the gutter cleaning), just to reinstall them for me. Great service, nice people. That is hard to find these days.

I was happy with the work, and would recommend them to anyone.

I guess it was too cold to run hose water through downspouts, but they seem to be clear.

He came on time. Everything was fine except for their responsiveness. It took weeks after purchasing the deal for the company to contact me for scheduling stating they would be out the next day.

I was contacted and scheduled for service. They came out and asked me a few questions before they got started. The only issue I had was that they blew all of the leaves from the gutters everywhere, and there was no kind of clean up whatsoever. It seemed like a total rush job.

I paid $99 to have my gutters cleaned. I contacted the company and they set up a time to come out. I didn't even have to be there. It rained the day after they cleaned the gutters and instead of spilling over like they had been, the water was draining properly. I would definitely hire these guys next time I need my gutters cleaned!

They came when they said they would and did a thorough job. Very easy to work with.

I had to call no less than 10 times to get the service completed. Each time I called the service was delayed another day. Also, I ended up having to clean my windows since the leaves were splattered across the glass. Annoying.

Perry and his team were responsive and thorough. I would not hesitate to use them again.
