Description of Work: I ordered this 2 weeks ago, and tried to get this scheduled. I told them I wanted to be here when they come. Late Sunday night they left a message they were coming Monday. I hastily got the day off to be here. However I waited all day and they never showed up.

Description of Work: They were very accomodating with the time/day as we had a dinner party planned, and they even fixed a fallen shingle for another $10! The guys were very sweet and when I asked them to be sure to get leaves off of our skylights they offered even to windex them,and went back up on the roof, wow!
