We had trouble connecting with him, and when he did finally come out he wanted additional money because we had gutter guards. We did not anticipate this extra cost, so only had him clean some of the gutters, so that we would not have any additional money spent.

I responded right away to their message about my home number and never heard back. Sent a second message and called but never heard back. I dont want to do business with a company that is unresponsive.

They called us several times to let us know that they do not service our area after purchased. They were very kind.

Showed up on time. Cleaned gutters. No messes. Left. Would recommend.

Everything went great, they showed up on time and did the work quickly and efficiently.

They were here by 7:00am, which I appreciated. Perry explained that the gutter guards were vinyl and might crack when they removed them. This would result in our having to replace them. They were careful and the guards did not crack. He identified a few problems on the roof. He gave me a very detailed estimate for the work. He prioritized the jobs, explaining that some could wait until next year if I wanted. Two of them, he recommeded, should be done soon to avoid leaks into the house. I had gotten a much higher estimate from another roofing company a while back. Perry and his assistant were pleasant. They were thorough in the job and clean up. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

No service done. They never called me.

they came to clean the gutters. i asked them on the spot to install a storm window which i had previously purchased, which they did for a reasonable price. no complaints.

I have had no response from this vendor, and it has been five days.

Perry did a great job fixing our gutters. Was extremely professional and honest and completed the job quickly. We will absolutely call him again if we need any gutter or roofing work completed.

Was so happy Perry was very quick to respond to a special I bought here. They were prompt and willing to assist with my other request. I immediately recommended them to a co-worker the same day. Great communicators and did a great job on both cleaning my gutters and the rain barrel. I also appreciated their assessment of issues that need to be addressed on my roof. There was no pressure, just information. Highly recommend!

Perry was extremely professional and thorough. Discussed options to confront issues found on the roof. Wrote up an estimate and will be coming back to repair items noted. Did not pressure at all. Very polite, courteous and knowledgable. Would definately recommend him to friends/neighbors.

I purchased this BIG DEAL .. $99 for unlimited linear feet of gutter cleaning on Thursday. Pretty fantastic deal. Called to book on Friday. The owner called back within 10 minutes and came out the next day to clean the gutters as it happened to be close to his other Saturday job. Unlike other contractors we've used, Perry took his time, did the job thoroughly and properly and displayed professionalism from beginning to end. His clean up was impeccable as well. He inspected the roof and fixed a few areas that needed help - after explaining everything in detail. The extra work was at a minimal cost. It's so refreshing to have a GREAT experience with a contractor. It's good to note that he's not just a "handyman" cleaning gutters, he is in the roofing business. We would absolutely call him again if we needed any roofing work, and would refer him in a minute !

I am very pleased with how well my gutter was installed and how quickly arrangements were made to meet my needs. There was some initial confusion over whether my location was within the range to support the discounted promotion, but all was made well. The promotion was honored and little fuss was evident. I will certainly continue to use their roofing services. I am a happy customer.

They were very excellent. They were way better than any other roofer we ever talked to. Their craftsmen did everything and that was why it was more expensive. The valleys and the flashing on the chimneys were all copper. They put custom copper for the pipes coming through the roof for the bathrooms. They are really high-end and very professional. They were very good about communicating. We only had one thing that we didn't like about the roof, they came right out and changed it even though they said it actually wasn't the way anybody would normally do. My wife didn't like how one of the pipes looked so they cut like shingles around the pipe and fit it in. They were outstanding in that regard as well. I actually didn't get any other quotes. They were expensive but they are probably worth it. I think it was worth it even though it was on the high end. We got a really nice roof now. They were quick. They were there every morning at seven. They are all around a great company.

BUILT2LAST CONTRACTING REPLACED A ROOF ON HOUSE AND INSTALLED A NEW ROOF ON A NEW CONSTRUCTION SHED. THEY ALSO DID GUTTERS AND WINDOWS ON SHED, THE WORK WAS DONE QUICKLY AND WELL. THERE WAS NO DAMAGE TO SHRUBS AND ALL DEBRIS WAS CLEANDED UP, THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AND ARE NOW MY PERMANENT CONTRACTING COMPANY FOR ALL REPAIRS.

The job went very well. The workers were very professional and completed the job in the time frame they projected and within the price range I hoped to spend. The new roof looks great and has not had any problems.

He came out and took time to explain what was needed at no cost. He ordered supplies needed, obtained them, and started the day after supplies became available. He did all repairs in a timely fashion in one day and convenient to my schedule. I had previously experienced some leakage over porch area and back up in my gutters after rains. We have had a very rainy season but there is no leakage or clutter on the roof areas since he worked upon it. He also offered to come back, no charge, to inspect any concern regarding my roof.
