At first I wasn't sure about this company because he didn't call me back right away. But once he did, he was courteous, professional and knowledgeable.

Job was done quickly and the gutters look as good as new.

Delivered as promised. Only concern was lack of follow up after the service was performed. THe gutters and surrounding area were left clean. Great work overall.

I was a bit concerned at first, because the original appointment needed to be rescheduled, and I was expecting a hard upsell pitch. However, the second appointment occurred as scheduled and I received no calls claiming any "necessary" repairs that would cost extra.

Built2Last was very responsive and called me to schedule the gutter cleaning almost immediately after I purchased their service, however I had asked them to put it off for about 2 weeks because I was trying to coordinate the gutter cleaning with installation of gutter guards... They graciously accepted and worked with me to make it work. When they came to clean they were quick and professional. My only issue is that I may not be able to use them again if these gutter guards work! Thanks Built2Last!

Perry called promptly after I placed the order (the order was placed on Sunday, he called Monday AM) and we scheduled the gutters to be cleaned later in the week. Perry and another gentleman handled the gutter cleaning and did a great job -- there was a LOT of debris that they got rid of, and it looks (and will function) much better. We highly recommend Built2Last for both roofing and gutter cleaning. Built2Last replaced our roof 2 years ago after a referral from a neighbor. We had a very specific idea about the colors we wanted, and Perry and his crew brought samples and tacked them up on our roof to help us visualize the color in our setting -- this made the process much easier. During installation, the crew went out of their way to be respectful of our property, cleaning up daily, so we were already familiar with the attention to detail and quality of their work. My Mom also used them for a new roof and siding this year and was very impressed. In short, give them a call -- they are great!

We originally hired Perry for the $99 gutter cleaning special, which he completed promptly and professionally. At this time he pointed out a couple minor roof & gutter issues and offered an estimate to remedy them. His estimate was written, fair and thorough and presented without pressure to perform the extra services. We took our time and made the decision to have the repairs performed. After signing the estimate and sending in a deposit Perry promptly followed up and schedule the work to be completed. He also installed new gable vents for us at my request and was very kind in working with us on doing it for the best price possible, The work performed was excellent and we would highly recommend Built 2 Last for any roofing or gutter related work.

Didn't hear from contractor for about four days, but once we did hear, the service was scheduled promptly. All work was completed in a timely manner and as described in the special deal. There were no extra charges or problems with the work.

Built 2 Last contacted me soon after my initial contact, showed up when they said they would, and completed the work quickly. We negotiated a fair price for some additional work beyond what was covered by the 'Big Deal', and Built 2 Last provided me with a quote for another project.

We will be recommending this service to others. We took advantage of a $99 unlimited gutter cleaning offer on angieslist. It took a week to get everything scheduled - presumably because of demand for the offer. But once it was set up, everything went very smoothly. The gentleman arrived just before 8 am on the scheduled day (a Sunday, because they were trying to keep up with all the customers who wanted their service) and went straight to work. They used a leaf blower to clear out the gutters of leaves. Then they cleared off the decks, sidewalks and driveway where the leaves had settled. While they were there, my wife asked if they would be willing to clean out the top end of our wood stove chimney for a little bit extra, to which they agreed. We would use this company again.

Perry and his crew did an excellent job. After purchasing the deal from Angie's List I was immediately contacted and services was promptly scheduled. They arrived on time and did an excellent job. They even pointed out an issue with one of the flood lights that is attached to the side of my house up by the roof that I might want to get looked into in the future. I have used Built 2 Last in the past for my other roofing work and would not hesitate to use them in the future.

The weather delayed the start of the job...no one fault but Mother Nature. As soons as weather cleared, the came out and did the job. Property was left neat and clean.
