Description of Work: Perry came out from the company and looked at my copper gutters. He then proceeded to try to tell me everything else that was wrong with my roof, etc. I asked him to give me two separate estimates....one for replacing the copper gutters since the insurance company was paying for that and one for the other items he suggested. That was the last time I heard from the company. I never received an estimate or a phone call. They may be a good company, but I would not recommend them due to their lack of professionlism.
