I cannot say enough good things about Bob at Budget. After my first experience with another retailer from your company, I was a little apprehensive to start again. Bob took the time to do my dining room and living room.In a more professional and thorough way than my previous vendor. Bob understood that I wanted to pay cash for my plantation shutters and that I would be doing my project piece by piece. He did not hold back my orders to get a bigger discount for himself and had my shutters in exactly as predicted. Came time to do my siding glass door, I asked Bob to do the impossible. It appears that many of your customers do a pass system for their sliding glass doors. My home is a little darker and I like to see out into my backyard when I'm in the kitchen. I explained about that I had one scene bifold plantation shutters at someone else's house and that's what I wanted. I truly wanted a full view of my backyard when my shutters were open. Bob took the time to research a product for me, contact is under directly, measure twice and provide me with a beautiful and unique product. I can't remember, but I hope you took pictures of it for future clients. I could not say enough nice things about my experience.

They did a good job but they charged a lot of money. They were very responsive. I would not use them again.

They were supposed to come and measure the windows and install blinds, but they never showed up or called, and when we called, it was an answering machine at the number we had originally spoken with, and the other number we found on the web they forwarded us to someone who said it was the wrong location. Nobody had any idea who anyone else was, and we never heard from them.
