Description of Work: On 12/15 I had Better Homes hearth and patio co. install a "large" wood-burning insert. I did not realize until I had a Chimney Sweep come out to clean the chimney that I had a small to medium size insert. When I called the company they told me they had to change it to a medium size, because they didn't have the large in stock.( I was not told or informed of this change) If I wanted them to install the large in-sert I would have to pay an additional $500. On 8/27/16. When they came to install large insert, during the installation, they chipped numerous bricks along the curb of the fireplace. I have communicated with the salesperson 3 - 4x's and he keeps putting me off by telling me his boss is on vacation and he needs to speak to him before he can do anything All that I'm asking for is a refund of the $500 that I should not have been charged, because it was their mistake for putting in a small, instead of the originally ordered large. I did not receive a $500.00 discount, when they downgraded me, from a large, to a smaller insert.
