They were very professional acting as our broker; returning all our calls and extremely friendly until we gave them the final payment! Now they won't answer our calls. The house came with a warranty and they won't fix anything; there's a huge crack in the kitchen counter, the toilets had to be replaced, the electrical wiring was messed up (while not covered by the warranty, as our broker he should of had us have the house plugged in to make sure everything was in working condition), one of the tub drains had to be replaced, the refrigerator needed serviced, the sliding glass door didn't slide, the dishwasher had to be repaired, we had them remove the electric stove and they cut the cabinet trim off to do it without asking us, all the supplies to finish the siding wasn't provided, a roll of carpet padding was removed, etc. We relied on a referral and after we started having problems and really checked them out we found they had an FFF rating from the BBB, and that John Galazia had cheated on his wife; if a man can do that to his family how would he treat strangers? Well we found out, very badly! I also talked to his brother who does the warranty work and he wouldn't help us either, we don't know how much money it will cost us to repair all the problems since we haven't fixed them all yet, but we know this John Galazia works for the almighty dollar and could care less about his customer!
