The installation was okay. They ended up being sub-contracted by my regular contractor and that ended up being a nightmare. It felt like high school problems between the two of them and it went on for months. It fell more on my main contractor. He made threats of coming and taking the HVAC system out. It was nothing that was within our control. I would not recommend them at all in that aspect. The system works, that part went fine. It was everything else that went wrong. I would not use them again.
First of all. We never did a job for (removed member name), he was part of it but he was not the lead contractor or the homeowner. We were lied to over and over. We were lied to about progression of the project, the pay method and stood up for payment several times. We actually installed it with no down payment, we gave you weeks to come up with the money as you had major financial obstacles. We actually had to send letters to your financial institution and chase your primary contractor for weeks to get the payment. Yes I did tell you that I was going to remove the system that was not yours. I would never treat anyone the way we were treated. I am a little thrown by this review as Jonathan himself called me daily to stress how ashamed he was to treat us like that. There was a salesman from the primary contractor that you threw under the bus along the way. I am sure he was the main person you are annoyed with. I recall the stories of how your roof was quoted one way and they charge for new plywood and never replaced it etc etc.. YOU GOT A GREAT JOB AT A FANTASTIC PRICE. We did a great job, you did not stay true to your word. Coming from Jonathan who apologized to me daily for a weeks, your review is a little immature. What end of the contract wasn't followed? JUST YOUR END. I was very uncomfortable with you from day one, however a relative of mine asked me as a favor to him if we would take care of you. I learned a lesson. Sincerely, Stephen Unger

Originally said it was a 2 day job with removal of the oil tank (basement) it took 3 days - the problem was I ran out of oil on Monday before installation on Tue and they concentrated on getting me hot water first.
Description of Work: Switched from oil, hot water to gas, hot air. After speaking to 7-8 contractors, he was the only one that asked about my central air. after inspecting the system he said he could do both heat and new A/C system for about the same price that others were quoting me for heat alone.

Awesome service. This is a small company that really cares about the customer. They will call you back and will work with you through out the entire process.
Description of Work: One of Steven Unger technicians perform a yearly maintenance on my furnace and hot water heater. He also inspected my hot water radiators and is replacing a automatic water feedback to my holding tank.
