Description of Work: I was looking to have a pool drained and a pool place suggested contacting a septic system company. I called and spoke to Amey, who was very courteous and professional. She told me her husband was out of town and she would have him contact me when he returned. Two days laterm on a Sunday, I received a call from Amey's husband. He asked me about the size of the pool and an estimate on how much water needed to be removed and I told him it was about 15,000 gallons. He then said I should shop around for other prices and then call him back and if he could beat the price, he would do the job. I asked him to quote me a price and he said "I'm not going to do that" and reiterated his first response. I found this to be a completely unprofessional way of presenting himself and his company and told him I would not need his services and ended the call. He tried to call me back 2 minutes later but I ignored that call. I understand that this job may not have been his primary business, I just feel the way he presented himself and the business was very unprofessional and I would never do business with someone who does that.

 + -1 moreOverall, the service was good and the workers were punctual. It was necessary for me to clear the valve for the septic tank which took plenty of time and effort but the cleaning itself was adequate. I was forced to leave the house due to an appointment to fix my vehicle and noticed when I returned home that the workers had used my hose and didn't replace it nor did they clean the portion of the yard in which they cleaned themselves. The estimate was right on and the bill was left for me on my door.
