As usual, Brain did a great job. He was on time, professional and did an outstanding job. He cleaned all of the logs, the glass doors and the fireplace itself. He took out the pilot light assembly and checked to make sure that it worked properly and was free of any insects or spiders that may have found there way in during the spring and summer. He puts down a cover on the floor and makes sure that the working area is kept clean. He does a great job!!

Incredibly well. Not only cleaned and repaired our upstairs fireplace, but he revitalized our basement (non-gas) fireplace that had been shut off for years. Very polite, prompt and reliable at a reasonable cost.

It was great! Brian put down a protective cover on the floor to protect rugs, flooring,l etc from any soot or debris from the fireplace. He then removed the logs, vacuumed and cleaned the burner, ceramic logs, mesh curtain and metal screen surround. He replaced the logs into their proper position and replaced the lava rocks and glowing embers rearranging things to produce the best effect. The end result is a great looking fire that is working like new. The unit did not require any repairs but Brian was ready to fix any issues if they were found. I found him to be neat, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Can't recommend him enough!

Brian was a true professional. Not only was he punctual and polite, he took great care to explain what the problem was in our fireplace and how it could be avoided in the future. He also did a nice job cleaning the fireplace area before he finished. We highly recommend him to anyone who needs their fireplace serviced.

We had a gas fireplace that didn't work for a few years, so Brian came to take a look. He cleaned up the system and adjusted some things that weren't set correctly. He did the work efficiently and was very professional. I also thought that his fee was reasonable considering he was at our house for an hour. I'm very glad that I called him and not a plumber to fix our gas fireplace.

Brian responded quickly, set up a convenient appointment and came prepared. He checked out our chimney and firebox. He installed the gas logs quickly and showed my wife how to work everything. He was very professional and did a great job. I would highly recommend him!

We called Brian and he arranged a morning appointment to accommodate our schedule with just 2 days notice. As this is our first time owning gas fireplaces, Brian explained how they worked and what we needed to do to maintain them. He did a thorough job cleaning and rearranging the logs - leaving the fireplaces in working order and the work areas in excellent, clean condition. Brian was friendly, prompt and courteous. We had purchased gas logs and had them installed 8 years ago, but they stopped working and I was unable to correct the problem myself. I found and quot;The Fire Guyand quot; on Angies List and called him. Brian was responsive, prompt, experienced and professional.

Arrived promptly, worked diligently and effectively. Unit now functions perfectly.

I had to have a gas meter replaced and at that time was advised by the serviceman that my fireplace couldn't be used and needed a part replaced. Based on a review on Angie's List, I called The Fire Guy. Mr. McCulley returned my call on the evening it was made. Made an appt. for next morning. He arrived on time, assessed the situation. Determined that nothing was broken. He cleaned the fireplace and reset the logs and rock wool. He was polite, friendly and informative.

Awesome! Repaired one non-working fireplace and cleaned that fireplace along with another. BOTH LOOK BRAND NEW! The work was done extremely professionally and the service provider was friendly, informative and willing to answer questions. An A+ experience. I would highly recommend this service provider without reservation.
