I called Mr. Scarpignato and reached him on his cell phone. He was on a job at the time. He was very personable on the phone and I explained what I needed done. He said he couldn't come out to look at the job for at least a day. I said no problem, it's not an emergency. He then asked if I could text him and tell him what I wanted done. He said he should be able to respond by text that evening and give me an idea of the cost for the 3 jobs. I immediately sent him a text explaining what I wanted done. I'm still waiting for a return text or phone call. I even tried sending him a message through Angie's List messaging and still have not received a response. I understand contractors are very busy this time of year, but it's very unprofessional not to respond to an inquiry when a response was promised.

Really went well. Price was significantly less than other plumber who did terrible job on other tub. Mike was responsive, professional and did it right first time.

He did an excellent job and I am happy with the experience. They are helping me find other contractors for other work that I need done.

It was wonderful! Problem fixed in 2 minutes, great service, great conversation. Awesome experience. Brynden Craig was fantastic! He worked me in to his busy day, the day after Christmas. Kept me informed of what time he'd be arriving, and called when he was only minutes away. I was extremely satisfied with how things were handled. Mr. Craig was efficient, friendly & so kind.

Michael Scarpignato determined that my existing pump for my sanitary washtub that pumped wastewater up to my sewer line was unable to be repaired; he left to purchase a new pump and was back to replace it in less than an hour. Working in a less than a desirable location....cramped in a corner under my sanitary washtub in my basement......Michael removed the old pump and replaced it with a new one. Michael then removed a garbage disposal from my kitchen sink and, at my request did not replace the disposal, but replaced the drain and hooked up my sink and dishwasher as was necessary. I then requested if he had the time to look at my ice maker which I had turned off as it had been leaking behind my refrigerator. He determined that a fitting was the problem and replaced it, resolving my problem. Michael was quite conscientious and discussed with me each repair before addressing my issues. I utilized the services of Scarpignato Plumbing as he came highly recommended. I think I was lucky I caught him on a snowy day and once inside my home I was able to get several repairs accomplished. I will keep his information for future needs of my own and feel comfortable highly recommending Scarpignato Plumbing to my family and friends.
