Misleading company. I called to get a professional to find out why my water heater is not making hot water. The company immediately asked for my credit card number to keep on file. Jason Hills the technician called me and explained that the $65 I paid was just a dispatch fee to come call me from my driveway. He then explained to me that if I also wanted him to look at the water heater it could be $450+ but if I signed up for a membership- it would $269. Conversation ended when he confirmed that my credit card is on file and that I was not interested in paying hundreds of more dollars to get what I thought I already paid for. So Although I paid $65 ValDel Plumbing did not even enter the home.

Had no water coming in house. They came right Out. I called Sunday afternoon. The service was fast and the representative was very kind. I will only use this company for ALL my plumbing job. Great job ð

Jason was great! Very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and cleaned up after the work was done. He replaced a valve, installed a new kitchen faucet and disposal. He even brought in my Amazon packages ...

I also had a shower faucet replaced.

The job was perfect, the tech was awesome! He was punctual polite and informative. He fully explained the entire process and completed the job in a timely fashion

They did a good but they charged too much money. $1548 was way too much money For the job he did.

They gave me time frem between 8 am and 12 noon . 4 hours window. The guy came at 1.30 pm. Not happy

Plumber Jason Hills quickly analyzed the problem at hand. He clearly explained what needed to be done. We appreciated his patience, punctuality, work ethic, excellent skills, and advice throughout the project.

Solid. What was nice is that they provided me several options. The gentleman I spoke onsite to was very attentive to what I was saying about the history of the situation. The other thing that stood out is that everything was treated with a high sense of urgency leading to a very professional experience.
