Service tech miss diagnose the problem with my sump pump. Claimed it was a failure, due to a faulty outlet. When actually the pump had a shorting problem. Service tech caused more undo damage when the pump failed a second time.

My entire experience with this organization was very positive. In particular, the plumber that came to my house to do the job was very professional. He took the time to share his assessment of the situation and to review my options. My family member was home while the work was being done and stated the plumber was very nice and professional. I plan to utilize their services for future plumbing needs.
