ValDel called me within minutes of my request for a quote, scheduled service person to come within the next 4 hours (same day) Billy Pearsall the technician texted when he was on the way, quick review, quick quote, work to be done explained very well before approval, professional repair made, cleaned the work space - all in all as easy a process as one could ask for. Fast, Easy, professional. Seemed reasonably priced for the job at hand.

A friend who found ValDel on Home Advisor and used them for her plumbing needs recommended them to me. Iâ m so happy that she did. They were able to schedule a visit within a day of my call. Before Billy Pearsall arrived, ValDel sent me his picture so that I would know who was arriving and when. Billy was on time, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and worked tirelessly. And yes, he wore booties in the house and cleaned up after himself. He completed my list of fixes within just a few hours. 40-year old water pipes were replaced and drain and faucet issues were fixed. Iâ m very satisfied with ValDelâ s service and would definitely recommend them.

He was very friendly and did the job as I requested. The price of the job was very high and insulting to me. I decided to pay the insultingly high price because I wanted the toilet fixed. If you are living on a fixed income, you cannot afford to use this company. You need to have a local plumber that will work with you and quote you a reasonable price.

Joe was very friendly and knowledgeable. He even went the extra mile in reconfiguring some poorly installed pipes at no cost, to help the system run smoother in the long run. Would trust him for any work needed.

Need more people to work for them that are more experienced

Kept scheduled appointment; assessed the problem and solution immediately. A second appointment was needed, but was on time. Customer service - excellent; technician very responsible and protected my tub and surrounding area. The price was on the extremely high side, but would use again in an emergency.

Billy Pearsall came to our home to install a new shower faucet, change out some hoses, replace a trap, tighten some fittings, and, as a courtesy (i.e., no charge), tried to repair a tired toilet lever. After Billy departed, the toilet began running and I called Valdel about that. Billy came back, this time replacing the lever altogether and refused my offer to pay, saying that my satisfaction with Valdel was what mattered and he was happy to handle the issue. Billy is a cordial, professional and capable plumber whom I'd recommend to everyone, as I would Valdel.
