Got an estimate for new water heater and installed the same day. Billy and his apprentice were professional and did a great job. The price was very good and I feel they really wanted to make sure we were happy with them. Would use again- thank you!

I hired this company to install a tankless water heater which I supplied. The technician kept trying to sell me a unit that cost 5 times more than the unit I purchased and I was offended not only at the cost but the pressure. What person would pay 5 times more for a similar device?

The project was done great the price was reasonably also.They also cleaned up everything all together a good experience.

I needed some plumbing work done in the house. I had a couple of estimates from some plumbers on fixing the problem. When Billy from Valdel Plumbing stopped by to give me his estimate for work, I was impressed. He gave me a reasonable price and really knew what he was talking about. One of the other plumbers was talking about digging into the cement to fix the problem. I had a slightly leaking drain line inside the house that needed to be fixed. I also needed him to fix some work I had done on the line years ago. Billy assessed the problem and set to work fixing the leak. While he was working on the drain line I also mentioned that I had two other problems. 1. The shutoff valves for the hot and cold water for the washer could not be turned off all the way so he replaced them with a single valve and fixed that problem. 2. I also had a problem that the main water shutoff valve wasnâ t working also so he replaced that valve also. He got everything done while he was there to fix the leaking drain on the same day. Itâ s refreshing that someone can be so flexible and work with the customer to solve their problems. Iâ m totally impressed with Valdel Plumbing and especially the quality of work from Billy. Valdel Plumbing is now my go-to for any plumbing problems I may have in the future.

My plumber Bill was quick, courteous and very professional. The cost of the job was surprisingly less expensive than the larger outfits. I guess ValDel is my go to plumber now.

Tim, the service rep was outstanding, he needs a salary increase. We payed a lot, but got what we payed for. Cast was well worth it.

Our main drain was clogged . They responded within a hour. Billy was courteous, clean ,knowledgeable and professional. Fixed the problem within a hour . I would highly recommended this company.
