One of the sad aspects of owning a home that needs services is the number of companies that choose to make no effort to respond to requests for those services. It's one thing to respond with, "We;re sorry, we don't handle that type of service -- but please contact us when you need the services we do provide!" What I find so frustrating is how many don't even attempt ANY contact! A truism I hold is this: No service company that refuses to contact you BEFORE they have your money will be better at getting back to you AFTER they have your money. Want to know how you'll be treated if you have a problem with their service? -- check out how they treat you BEFORE they do their service! ValDel was thus a VERY welcome contrast. Within minutes of posting on HomeAdvisor, they contacted me directly by phone -- TWICE!! A plumber was at my home within hours, even though this was not an emergency, and the repair I needed was done the next day. The plumber explained what he was gong to do, told why it was more involved -- and costly -- than I expected (a house built in 1940 is going to have some piping that is non-standard today), did the job as he said he would, and charged the exact price he wrote down in his estimate. He cleaned his area of repair adequately. I am completely satisfied with the repair.

This company is very expensive. The portion of the job that was done was done correctly to my knowledge. However, the job could not be completed the same and I was able to find someone to finish it that I could afford.

ValDel wasnâ t the cheapest, but they did quality work. They were prompt, courteous, and were sensitive to some of my concerns around leaving a mess/dust etc. due to health issues in my home. (They has to open up a wall to get to plumbing). I would use them again.

They came on relatively short notice and on time. Price was stated after viewing the issue, I thought it was expensive for the simple job but it was done correctly and no issues a week later.

Steve and Aton were friendly, they were on time, did quality work at a fair price. They replaced our old metal pipes with PVC pipes. They finished the job in one day. Wonderful work!

The technician Steve Ault was very good at what he did. An excellent personality and pleasant to work with. The contact at their office was equally pleasant and very attentive. The cost was a bit high though. Other than that, I am very satisfied with them
