Friendly and good service

The office staff was extremely friendly and prompt scheduling the appointment. The technician Steve arrived on time and quoted the project. The price was too high and he worked with me to provide a discount. The work was completed as quoted and on the same day. I was extremely satisfied with the service overall and would recommend this plumbing company to others. I still felt the price was a bit high even after the discount but in light of the water leak issue decided to go for it. The leak issue is now resolved completely.

Billy and his associate were great. Showed up some day and gave us all our options and did the work in a snap. 10/10 would recommend.

As a customer we need to do our research in terms of the material used in repair.

Jerry came out in the Snow & Sleet to meet with us to discuss a replacement 50 Gallon, Bradford White Gas Hot Water Heater. Unbeknown, to Jerry... our hot water sustained at catastrophic failure just 4 hours earlier in the middle of the night. Jerry had a equivalent unit already on his truck. Jerry, called his Boss and they provided us with a fair price for what turned into an emergency service. Other than the water in my basement from the tank burst, you wouldn't even know he was there. We would delicately hire them again. 5 Stars
