2nd time using them. They call about my situation and offered to come out a day early, which I gladly accepted. (HomeAdvisor didnt give me an option of next day arrival.) Not thrilled about the $35 visit/service fee, but like I said, they came out a day early.

Valdel replaced an ancient deep sink//laundry room faucet and installed cut-off valves that weren't previously present. They were very communicative. Scheduled the work quickly (1 day turn around? Awesome!). Arrived on time. Provided an easy to understand quote, and got the job done right and quickly. Could not ask for a better experience.

Steve Ault clearly explained the reason for our gurgling sinks and incomplete flushing of a toilet and then fixed them by clearing the sewer line. He cleaned up the area perfectly. He also replaced a malfunctioning sump pump with a new one with new piping. After the work was done, he explained what he did and showed us how to monitor the sump pump. He also clearly advised us about another potential problem that concerns us - a main/meter shut off valve. There was no high sales pressure. Steve seems very knowledgeable and competent and we plan to call him in the future for our plumbing problems. Without our asking, he gave us a senior discount and waived the dispatch fee.

Great service from start to finish. Erika was great at set up and Steve was fantastic at performing the work. I had called several firms over two week Valdel quickly responded to my request and within 48 hours my projects were completed. Recommend them highly!

While the builder agreed tl ultimately fix the leak, Joe Valerio, the owner of ValDel plumbing responded quickly and was very knowledgeable and professional. He stayed with use until the project manager of the builder came and agreed to fix the leak, Then Joe told us no charge. What a wonderful person.

The plumber sent knew his business well and was able to advise us on several options we might pursue. He was able to do the work the day the quote was given. He worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after he was done. I would hire Valdel Plumbing again.

Needed a new water pressure reducing valve. I purchased one online but was not able to remove the old valve. Tim arrived on time (actually a day earlier than scheduled!) and replaced the valve. Would use ValDel again.

Jennifer was pleasant and flexible with scheduling my appointment. She told me exactly what I should expect as far as cost and future communications. I loved the text message with the pic and profile of the technician. Great idea! Steve was wonderful! He took the time to explain what needed to be done and the cost before he did any work. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional and answered all my questions. I was so confident in his abilities. that I asked him to replace a pressure regulator that I had on my to do list. Again, he took the time to explain why it needed to be replaced and the pressure difference after it was installed. Overall, I was very impressed with Steve and Valdel Plumbing. the repair guy (Eiton) was very courteous and knowledgeable.

They were more expensive than other establishments but had equipment on the truck and able to get it done and over with before I had any more problems
