Tim and Ron made short work of replacing old rusted and leaking pipework behind a tub and a shower. They were clean, professional, conscientious, and efficient. This was a big complicated fix, they scheduled it promptly, and Valdel dispatcher kept me apprised when my project was delayed by an offsite emergency. Overall I'm happy and satisfied with the result. I'm impressed. The original plumbing in the house dates to 1960, and was a little dodgy. Tim figured it out, and updated so that future maintenance if needed will be much easier.

ValDel personnel were all extremely responsive, professional and kind and their technicians very knowledgeable. They performed the work as described and at the price quoted. Our technician answered all of our questions, removed the old hot water heater, installed the new one, and left our house incredibly clean! I would highly recommend ValDel to anyone! They even called the day after the installation and again a week later to ensure I was happy and everything was working to my satisfaction.

Steve replaced our water heater, his service was quick, he was helpful explaining all the details and had a great personality as a whole.

I had a great experience with Steve. He was very professional, listened to the problem, and solved the issue. My only complaint is the price, but I expect that same issue anywhere. Pretty expensive just to blow some air in a hole.
