Jay and Ron are very friendly, courteous and caring. They replaced our w/d box in short order. They leave the work space cleaner than what they found it. Very knowledgeable about all aspects of plumbing. I will call on them again for any future plumbing needs! Thanks so much!!

"Jay" from ValDel Plumbing showed up exactly on time after I arranged appointment on short notice. The quoted price I thought was high. But, we agreed on a reasonable price. Our 3rd time using Val Del. I don't even bother calling others anymore. This time I had leaking fixtures from an old Water Softner. The unit was too heavy to remove. So, Jay had 2 DelVal workers come out at 8AM the next morning. They removed the heavy salt from the unit (messy back-breaking job, and removed unit, cleaned up. I would never call another plumber.

I hired ValDel plumbing to move a gas water heater, well pressure tank, and replace a leaking 30 port pex manifold. Steve negotiated with me on price and gave me a reasonable estimate, considering the number of new parts that were needed. The team was here for about 9 hours and completed everything beyond expectations, including making some corrections to things that were not originally scoped, without increasing cost. They cleaned up everything before they left. Highly recommended.

They were amazing. We ended up needing our sewer system redone from the house to the street. They kept us informed along the way. Every person we spoke to were nice, knowledgeable and professional. We highly recommend them to anyone with any type of plumbing needs.

Quick response on a Sunday after my hot water heater failed, with ValDel able to supply the brand of water heater I was looking for. No one likes putting out the kind of money that this type of emergency repair requires, but I was able to negotiate significantly down to almost match a verbal quote that I had received earlier in the day. Jason was an excellent technician, very courteous, and completed the job quickly. I would definitely use ValDel (and Jason) for future needs.

This company has its workers buy service trucks who are not certified, plumbers. Ended up with 2 trucks 2 men and 1 fitting that they cross-threaded and had to go out for another part. The job was something that in the past I would have done myself with less fuss but at 78 years old. I have limits. The price was ridiculous for unskilled work at $950.00 and when I spoke to their supervisor he went on about the cost of the truck and how much that their individual employees want to make a year. No reference to dollars per hour or flat rate for a specific task. The best recommendation, from first-hand experience, is to stay away from this company.

Professional, quick and satisfactory

ValDel responded very quickly and was able to send out a technician the same day before the scheduled time. Technician was thorough and professional.

Colin was terrific. Respectful and patient explaining what needed to be accomplished to a “lay person.” Never pushed a decision and I felt that he very trustworthy. This reflects well on the company as well as Colin.

Charged me 710 $ for less than 2 hrs work. Not many parts were replaced so most of the bill was labor. Tech did a good job but I will never hire them again. Price. outrageous!!!
