Quick response to inquiry. Was able to send a plumber the very next day. It was reassuring having a picture of the tech in advance and being notified he was on his way. Plumber was very knowledgeable, professional and respectful.

So friendly, cleared the clot and solved the overall issue in order to prevent future clogs! Great safety settings with sending the picture of your exact plumber ahead of time and the uniform he should be wearing. They also text you to let you know they are on their way! Love it!

I had a shower drain line that was leveled and too small. You could see the plumbing underneath the bathroom from the drop ceiling in the laundry room. I called multiple plumbers and they all told me that I needed a new bathroom. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to do that because all the estimates came in at 15K. Not practical at all! I called plumber after plumbing and pretty much all of them couldn’t help and or blew me off. I finally found Valdel Plumbing and Steve came out to my house. Right away, this specialist told me that he was able to reroute my tub drain line above my drop ceiling below to the sewage line. He did an unbelievable job and I would HIGHLY recommend asking for him. He saved me literally thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars. Thank you, Steve. FIVE stars.

All good from start to finish, Reasonable price. Expert work on a wobbly toilet as well as a very loose faucet in only 2 hours. Best plumber I have ever had to do work on our home.

Came within an hour of my call. Thorough quote. Came to do the work at the appointed time. Needed a hot water heater replaced that was not even made anymore. This company actually had a replacement. The work done was clean and very professional. ONLY drawback was price was a bit high. But i feel the offset of them removing the tank from the house and disposing of it was well worth it. Most companies leave that mess up to homeowner.

Very disappointed in this experience! The work was good, and the plumber arrived on time. Before booking, I was aware of the approximate job cost in my area to be approx. $ 245 for this 1-hour job. Before booking, the operator would not give me an estimate and said that the plumber would tell me the cost, and if not pleased, I could refuse and pay only a $ 65.00 fee. He gave me a price of over $ 500.00, and I was shocked. Instead of refusing and paying the $ 65.00, He dropped the $ 65 from the $ 500, which meant I had to pay $ 437.50 for the 1 hour faucet replacement. This will end my experience with Valdel, and probably.

Steve Ault couldnà ¢à  à  t have provided a better experience! He is professional, super knowledgeable, customer oriented and a pleasure to work with. He and Matt installed a new well pump with no issues and a shorter time than expected. Two exceptional employees!!!!

This is great company to work with. My bathtub faucet leaking water when we take shower. They responded my call right away and got job done second day. The technician arrived on time and very professional. He did wonderful job for us. We definitely will call them again if we have any plumbing issues.

The plumber (Thomas) from ValDel was very friendly and provided great work for us. We needed shutoff valves to be added to our powderroom sink. His work was quick and efficient. After reaching out for help, they were very quick to schedule their service call. We would definitely use ValDel again and would refer them to friends and family. And lastly, we were happy with their pricing.
