Valdel is very professiona,l from the customer service personnel to the on-site technicians (Steve and Justin). They did excellent work and were very prompt and friendly. This was our first experience with Valdel, but won't be our last. They came out the same day we called and replaced our well pressure tank. They cleaned up after themselves and we're a pleasure to deal with. Maybe a tad pricier than most, but you get what you pay for.

I needed a utility sink faucet replaced because the old one broke. I've been an Angie's List member for years, so I used one of their recommended plumbers, which was ValDel. One big problem I have with all of the plumbers I called (3 of them), was that they would not give me a quote over the phone, not even a ballpark estimate. They all required that I book an appointment, pay them to show up and then give me an estimate. Seems kind of ridiculous- I think next time, I will use the fixed rate service that Angi has now, as at least I know what I'm getting into. The job was relatively straightforward, but cost about double what I thought it would cost- either the rates in general have skyrocketed, or this plumber is seriously overpriced. That being the negative. The positive is that they contacted me before showing up, they sent me a name and photo of the plumber who was coming, and he did a great job. Fast, quick, helpful- everything looked good. He also gave me an honest assessment. I just wish it wasn't so expensive.
