Highly recommend! First impression was how responsive the office staff was to calling in response to my inquiry. Second was the fact that the person coming out has a stock of various hot water heaters and parts on his truck, so that my job could likely get done in one visit. In contrast, I had someone else out earlier that had to call his office multiple times for detailed help, left us a quote for something that didn't make sense, with a promise to get back to us the following week with a better answer, so that an order could then be placed to get a hot water heater tank. Joe called to say he was on his way, arrived promptly, was neat, clean, and professional in his manner as well as his appearance. He was knowledgeable, and willing and able to answer questions and help us think through our best option, yet wasn't pushing any one thing. Everything was left clean. With same-day service, we had a new hot water heater installed and working properly within hours of my initial search on Home Advisor. I had obtained 3 other quotes,one of which was the afore-mentioned one that didn't make sense and needed follow-up. Two others quoted by phone and email. While their prices were all about the same, within a $50 spread, the other two wouldn't be able to get someone here for a day or two, and may-or=may not have had the tank we needed in stock.

A little more expensive than what I thought it would be however the work, the degree of efficiency and professionalism was of the utmost.

I selected ValDel after talking to 2 other plumbing companies that wanted me to wait until the next day for repairs, even after knowing that me and my family would be without running water until the repair was complete. As soon as I talked to Joe and explained my situation, he was at my house in less than 30 minutes performing the repair and he was finished within an hour! Fantastic customer service...I just found my new plumbing company!

Selected ValDel after talking to 8 plumbing companies to replace our leaking hot water heater. Their price was not the lowest but very very fair. They were very knowledgable about things we needed to upgrade to the new building code but did not oversell. I selected them for their good price but also a feeling that they will do good thorough work. They were careful, left the job area cleaned immaculately.

Joe arrived half an hour early to our scheduled appointment. I added an additional issue and he took care of it without hesitation. He finished the entire project quickly. He was professional and personable. His business card revealed he's the owner. Jackpot! I will definitely hire them again.

I had a leaking shower head pipe which in my house is a non standard part. A replacement was ordered and I was informed promptly when it arrived and it was installed immediately. Excellent service.

I've found MY plumber!! From customer service intake to the onsite plumber, ValDel's service was exceptional! We were without hot water in our master shower and, even though I called very late in the day, they had a cancellation, called me back and squeezed me in. The plumber called to give me an ETA, was there as promised, quickly diagnosed the problem, gave us the options and recommended the lower-cost one. He was incredibly friendly and professional and had us up and running in no time. The cost of the work was very reasonable--there's no need to consider anyone else going forward, as I've already made ValDel a favorite! Great experience!
