I wasn't expecting them until the following week. I was told if possible it would be that weekend but more likely it would be the following week because of the storm. They were fast and professional. There were a couple trees leaning on the nighbors' properties and three that were ready to take out some power lines if they fell the wrong way. All disasters were adverted...the cleanup as smooth. The back of the property is quite bare now. At least all of the neighbors' are happy with the work tat was done (we had the crew clean our trees and debris from their property even though we were not liable for it). Francisco was very helpful and a pleasant. That certainly gave the project a happy ending.

H&R took the order and delivered the firewood in a timely manor, but that is where positve aspects end.The wood was delivered in the afternoon, while my husband and I were at work, but the firewood they left was wet, muddy and mostly small pieces. Of the half cord we had delivered, we filled two large garbage cans full of kindling wood and the rest is too wet and muddy to burn. When we arrived home and found the wood, we immediately called both of H&R's contact numbers, left messeges and never received a call back. We left a check for them the day the firewood was delivered. So they, unfortunately, have our $150 and we have unburnable firewood.
