He was great at cleaning out the drains and giving me good advice as to what to do. He was very professional, very honest, and a pleasure to work with. I look forward to hiring him again in the future. He returned all phone calls and showed up on time. He was fairly priced for a plumber. He even brought his own booties to protect my floors - which was very respectful and thoughtful.

Tom is extremely professional, he called ahead of time when he was going to be a couple of minutes late. His work looks very neat he cleaned everything and make sure that he did not damage carpets etc. I will use him again extremely satisfied.

He straighted up and did not track anything into the house. He showed on time and was great with my pets (six cats). He checked to make sure it was ok to use a used certain chemical. He did a great job.

He was extremely professional, was right on time and very prompt. The service men was very through, and I plan to use him again. His craftsmanship was excellent as well.

He was very friendly, prompt, and doesn't try to convince you that you need to do more than what needs to be done. He was very professional and didn't try to inflate my bill.

All of the jobs went well. Mr. Cooley's work is meticulous. After it's done, you would never know that he was there. He really saved us when we had the leak in the family room. We had to open the ceiling and find a small leak in an old copper pipe in the ceiling. It was very hard to get access to the leak, but Mr. Cooley came over as soon as he could and somehow worked around obstacles to repair it.

We were really really happy with his work. I did get him from the list. He was very professional, neat, and did not leave any messes. He was there on time, reasonably priced, and was just top-notch overall.

The process went extremely well, from the initial call to Cooley Plumbing & Heating through to job completion. I placed the initial call, left voice-mail, and received a return call within the hour. A visit was scheduled 5 days hence. Shortly before the agreed-upon arrival time, Tom called to say he'd be just a few minutes late, and he arrived at precisely the adjusted time. He courteously tolerated all my questions during his work, and completed the task in considerably less time than anticipated. His total charge of $90 for the visit and $13 for the replacement faucet was reasonable.

First, I would like to say that Tom promptly returned my call and arrived at my house exactly when scheduled. As for the work performed, we had an existing instant hot water dispenser that was difficult to use and on occasion would spit out water and make odd noises! Not to mention, we had no idea how old the dispenser was, as it was already here when we moved in. Tom replaced the existing dispenser with a comparable brand and completed the work in about 30 minutes. As he was finishing up with the dispenser, I happened to ask his opinion about a problem we had been having with our washing machine. Two other plumbers had looked at it and gave us extremely different opinions on how to fix it, ranging from stuffing a rag down the drain to spending hundreds of dollars to open the wall and replace the pipes. Tom looked at it, and in less than 2 minutes identified the problem. He even got a neat camera to look in the pipes to make sure his assessment was correct. About 20 minutes later, he had the problem corrected and was packing up. He was so polite and extremely knowledgeable, and best of all, reasonably price for a plumber. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone (in fact, he went right over to my neighbor's from my house!) and my husband and I will most definitely be using him for all of our future plumbing needs. I would like to add that I first called another plumber from Angie's List who wanted to charge me 50% more than Tom did for the same hot water dispenser. I guess in hindsight, I can thank the other plumber or I wouldn't have found Cooley!

Tom replaced a leaking exposed copper pipe in our basement. At the same time, he replaced an old cold water valve adjacent to the leaking pipe. He also tightened the packing on another valve and would have replaced it, but was unable to turn the water off outside the house as the valve was buried under some dirt. Aqua is going to come out and clean it out and then we'll have him back again. He also patiently answered our questions about a leaking faucet in the bathroom. We'll definitely use him again.

Mr. Cooley promptly returned my call and arrived on time. A service fee was charged as the work was not done. I felt this fee was a little high compared to others, and the fact that he couldn't give me an estimate was not in his favor. I do understand what he said; that it could turn out to be much more of a problem once he started work due to the age of the pipes/sink involved. Plumbing can be expensive which is why I may simply replace this sink.

Although his prices are a little steep, we trust his work and the quality is excellent. Considering this, we will use him again.

He is wonderful and I would recommend him to anyone.

Perfect. Returned all calls, very polite, arrived on time, completed the work, left the area clean and locked the door behind him, sent me a bill after the work was completed. Two man company. I found my new plumber.

What I like most about Tom is his honesty, and I've valued that through my many years working with him!

I have used this company for years. The father has since retired and turned the business over to his son. The son is prompt and returns phone calls within a reasonable amount of time. I will continue to use them and would recommend them.
