It was a very painless and even pleasant experiencr. Our gutters were full and the project took longer and was more expensive than expected. However, they documented their work and were consummate professionals.I would recommend them.

The project was for gutter and downspout cleaning. Daniel was the first to respond to my request for gutter cleaning. It was an emergency as water had poured into our family room the previous night. He and Nelson were careful, thorough and professional. The bill was reasonable. Daniel carefully explained every step and, importantly, found much that still needs to be done. A thunderstorm brought rain into our room but also forttiiously brought Daniel as well. In this case it was an ill wind that blew in some good.

I have very mixed feeling about Daniel. He was very friendly as well as his helper and I thought he had done a great job until the next day I checked the ceiling that he painted and the yellow smoke stain was bleeding through the paint. I called him back and ask him if he had used kilnz first before the paint and he said no, only primer. I remember distinctly telling him the smoke stain needed kilnz first. He denied this of course. He said he would repaint with kilnz and another coat of ceiling paint but would charge me another $200.00 in addition to what already paid him ($235.00). This is not what a professional painter would do.

Last minute requirement for a qualified paper hanger and Dan was the man! He stayed within my budget. He started the project the very next day! After he finished the clean up was perfect and the walkthrough revealed a spectacular paper job. I know who to call next time!
