Description of Work: The off-site supervisor was understanding and accommodating. They were prompt but they failed to reasonably do some things. For example, something that irritated my husband was that they put the bed comforter on up side down. They occasionally failed to be thorough with the dusting. Every time they came there was some small cleaning task left undone. Plus there was a question of some loss of objects while with this service. All of this lead to our change of services.

+ -1 moreThree young ladies came to do the initial cleaning. They were very professional and polite. They were comfortable with and friendly to our 2 large dogs. They were on time. They cleaned our home thoroughly and quickly, being there about 90 minutes for the first time. We are now on a weekly cleaning schedule for $99 per visit. There were a few small items on the first visit that they missed dusting (I missed them as well when they first asked me to inspect). But they addressed them on the second visit. We get a reminder call prior to each visit, which is very helpful. Overall we are extremely happy with the work. Ideally, it would be a little less expensive, but for what we are getting, we are content.
Description of Work: The Maids came and provided a general cleaning of our home. They vacuumed and mopped the floors, clean the bathroom and kitchen, and dusted. This was for a modest 3 bedroom, 1 bath house with a den.

Description of Work: I use The Maids did housecleaning every three weeks. They clean the things that I don’t get to or can't clean myself like dusting, vacuuming, bathrooms and kitchen floor cleaning.

+ -1 moreTHE GIRLS WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT, CLEANING MY ENTIRE HOUSE IN A LITTLE OVER AN HOUR. QUALITY OF WORK WAS OUTSTANDING, EXCEPT FOR PUTTING A COUPLE OF ITEMS IN THE WRONG PLACE AFTER MOVING TO CLEAN. GOT VISIT FROM QC PERSON AFTER FIRST CLEAN AND APPARENTLY SHE WILL COME PERIODICALLY FOR ONGOING CLEANS. NOT CHEAP, BUT WORTH THE PRICE.
Description of Work: BROUGHT 4 PERSON TEAM TO CLEAN KITCHEN, LIVING ROOM, DINING ROOM, BEDROOMS AND BATHS.
