Description of Work: The project included exterior restoration of a 1920s Tudor home, as well as a large deck and a garage door. The house had not been painted for over 15 years, and some of the wood needed to be replaced. The plaster needed patching and replacement in several areas. The project took 5 weeks (compared to projected 4 weeks). Chris and team were fabulous, from prep work (repairs, scraping old paint down, protecting surfaces) to color selection and the actual painting (white plaster, dark wood and lighter accent color). The site was cleaned up every night, all trash was hauled, and the house looks fabulous. Not cheap, but considering the extent of the work and the fact that they clearly did not cut corners and worked in a very professional way, very much worth it. Chris also kept us informed every step of the way, and as they found new issues that needed to be addressed.

Description of Work: A few weeks ago I had contacted Sweet Success about getting three windows calked and a kitchen drawer repaired!Due to timing problems with his schedule and our health and vacation problems, Chris from Sweet Success |could not do the work right away! I received a call from him saying he would be in our neighborhood yesterday and true to his word he arrived at 9:30a.m on 9/12/2015. Not only did the kitchen drawer and windows, but found a need to calk around our front storm door. Sweet Success is our go to company and Chris is a great worker and good man.

Description of Work: I contacted Sweet Success to redo a small deck on the back of my home. They reinfoced the railing and made it a much more secure sructure. Took down a privacy wall, sanded all boards,rebuilt the wall and stained it. Repositioned a the main weight bearing bar across the underdeck and stained everything. They all were curteous and always on time. Worked until the job was done correctly.

Description of Work: Waterproofing, and repairs. They found a leaking faucet in the laundry tub. They ran out purchased a new one and installed it. They also found the kitchen drainage pipe was cracked, corroded and leaking. Chris called his plumber off another job to come and removed the cracked section of pipe and repair it. This was more than I expected and was so thankful, otherwise I wouldn't of had a kitchen sink, dishwasher or washing machine that I could of used until that repair was done.
