I thought very well. This was my second time using Sweet Success. I had my tenant call Chris and schedule an appointment. Chris called me to confirm that he would begin the work in a few days and also provided me with an estimate via phone. I told him to go ahead and do the work. He called me when he completed the work and again the estimate he provided me was right on target when the work was completed. He asked if he should mail me the receipt/bill for the work and I confirmed and told him that I would mail him the check for the work. He was very accommodating.

I thought it went very well. When I contacted Chris, he was pretty much on target with establishing his planned start time. He provided me an estimate for the work and when I viewed the job he had done, was very much impressed with the quality of his work and also with the great estimate which also was on target when the work was completed.

He was conscientious, meticulous in his work, and the quality satisfied us.

Chris was able to give me an estimate within two days of my call. He wrote a contract for me even though the job was small. He estimated it would be several weeks before he could do the work (which was fine) and he called me within three weeks to set a day. He was on time and did a wonderful job. It seems I do not have 90-degree angles in the room but he was able to install the vanity in an attractive way. He focused on details both during the job and during his cleanup afterwards. I was thoroughly pleased and will most definitely call him for work in the future. I will not hesitate to recommend him to friends and relatives.

Flexible and responsive, excellent communication - he kept me up-to-date, no wondering what was going on. Personable. Did a great job with a challenging ceiling touch-up. His painting estimate was not the cheapest, however he can do more than just paint, which is why we chose him. We had a great experience with Sweet Success, I highly recommend this contractor.

We couldn't be more please with the job Chris and his team performed. His estimate was very reasonable, and he did not stray from it when it came time to settle the bill. His prep work and painting were top-notch. We have had some nightmare experiences with other painters, and some of the work he had to do was made harder because of their negligence. With very little fuss, he righted those situations. Additionally, and again for very reasonable prices, he took care of several small projects that previous contractors had neglected to finish, which had been the source of frustration to us for years in some cases. Over the course of about 1-1/2 weeks, he not only did a superb job painting several significant projects, but also took care of the details that others had neglected, leaving our house in the best shape it has been in since we moved here over six years (and many projects/contractors) ago.

Chris was straight forward about any additional costs over his original bid. He and his co-workers put in extra time so that they could keep on schedule. Their preparation work was thorough and in our opinion made the final results look spectacular. Chris was always helpful and patient in exactly matching our color and finish choices. When the job was completed his team left our house clean and tidy. Even the remaining paint cans had been labeled for future reference.

Chris and his workers were reliable, friendly and trustworthy. Chris was clearly committed to producing a quality result and was proud of his work. The job took longer and cost more than was initially anticipated, due to the unusual difficulty of removing unique, previous products from the deck. Chris gave me an option to keep the job within the original budget which was essentially going with a darker stain on the horizontals, however, I decided to go for additional sanding which meant more labor, so that we could use the color that I initially selected. The job turned out well and I plan to employ Chris again for additional work.

Chris and I had discussed this job back in the summer when he did painting on our shed and awnings. He called us late in September to finalize the plans and start work on the deck. What started out as a routine powerwash and staining (about a 2 day job) turned into a complete redo of the deck because of a poorly done staining by another company 2 years before. Chris gave us all the options available to us including 'painting' the deck, but we wanted to be able to use stain so that the wood grain would show through, and I am so glad we made that decision. Chris and Luke put in 6 long days getting the deck sanded and stained, most of them 10 - 12 hours long, and the deck looks beautiful! It looks better than brand new. I would recommend Sweet Success to anyone. Chris may cost only a slight bit more than another estimate, but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for, and with Sweet Success I felt that the work that was done was excellent quality. I am totally happy with it.

Chris was prompt and friendly, but seemed intimidated some some of the bigger jobs: specifically removal of debris. He works alone and only had his truck and no dumping contracts, so removal would have been a problem.

For the estimate, Chris called and said that we was running five minutes late. When I asked about having the ceiling replaced with sheet rock, he said that it was fixable and would cost less. Because of my schedule, it was difficult to schedule the work (he wanted the come a couple days that I was not available). The day the work was done, Chris and his helper Luke showed up on time and were very courteous. I showed Chris a couple spots that we had not discussed and he added them to the work to be performed. They worked until nine at night to ensure that the work was completed in a single day. I would hire Chris again to work on my house.

Chris was not only polite, but thorough and professional in his work. Although he was booked up for several weeks, he didn't forget about our need and called back when he said he would to set up an appointment to come out to do the work. He was on time and did a very good job.

Chris (owner) provided me with a good estimate considering the work that was done and the timely fashion it was done in. I am completely satisfied with the job, would use his company again and would also recommend him to others.

Chris performed the work with his helper in three long days rather than the original five days estimated. He was also able to get to the job before winter, which is why we chose him. The job was done neatly and the clean up afterward was acceptable. The price was considerably higher than the other quote we received, so we will still get other estimates before using his services again.

They did an excellent job. They were prompt and offered good advice as to what to do before we sold our house.

First of all, Chris returned our phone call right away. He set up a time him to give us an estimate. He was prompt and very professional. He gave us a written estimate and his professional opinion of what would look best with our homes brick. Chris and his helper came out to do the work as promised. If he was going to be late because of traffic, etc. He always phoned us. He was an extremely hard worker, often working 12+ hours a day to complete the job. They were neat, covering our concrete patio below, cleaning up their tools at the end of the day, etc. They were meticulous, often using small brushes to get those hard to reach spots. They were friendly and professional at all times. Bottom line, we HIGHLY recommend this company to others. The level of expertise and professionalism was beyond compare. Our deck looks fantastic!

I was very pleased with the work Chris did on the shed and particularly the aluminum awnings. He is very professional, his estimate was competitive and the work he did is excellent. I would most definitely use Sweet Success painting again, as a matter of fact I am having them clean and paint my deck this fall!

Job looked good after first pass, except rain that evening made a few spots look bad. Chris came out on Saturday to complete the touchups.

Very good. Chris had his carpenter make contact for the estimate. We agreed to have Sweet Success do the work. They quickly ordered the doors & scheduled a work date which accommodated my work schedule. The workers arrived on time and worked efficiently. They were very polite and neat. We are satisfied with the work.

Chris was on time; I felt comfortable giving him access to the house while I was gone (for toilet access); work was meticuluous; no surprises; price on the hight side but I figured I was paying for no hassle quality work; he is apparently a busy man; originally estimated many weeks before he could get to it; surprised me by calling within two weeks and offering to do the job within the next few days (someone had cancelled). I felt some pressure (I was waiting for other bids), but accepted due to his reputation; invoice had detailed account of work to be done and excluded; one third down; professional;

Chris was very professional. He performed work in very timely manner. He made excellent suggestions in line with our price range and goal for the project. The final result looks far better than anticipated. Chris always called with any concerns/ideas throughout the project and always attained approval prior to proceeding. We would highly recommend him and will hire him for future projects as needed.

Chris did the job well. He communicated well throughout the process. He was willing to use my own paint and hang shutters that I had painted. I'd be happy to have Chris perform other handyman services in the future. Also, Chris was very competitive with his estimate and pricing. He could have been a little more responsive to phone calls initially, but that got better once the job got going.

They were an excellent father and son team. They were very professional, prompt, dependable, courteous, detail oriented, and had quick response time.
