 + -1 moreI have used them once in the past (about 2 years ago). Earlier this week (on Monday) I called & left a detailed message to have someone call me back to schedule a delivery of mulch. By Friday morning, I had not heard back from them, so I called again, and got a person live on the phone. When I tried to schedule, they said they're all booked until next week. I explained that I called on Monday (left a detailed message with my name, contact numbers and reason for my call), and she said "Well sorry no one called you back". When I asked if there was anything they could do (given that I was proactive & called 5 days earlier), they nonchalantly said no, nothing we can do for you.
