I had his measurement guy come out to measure for the $120.00 fee because my walls are so uneven. My contractor couldn't believe how snug they fit and wondered how he was able to fit such uneven walls. Frank was knowledgeable, pleasant, prompt and reasonably priced as far as I can tell. He suggested the laminate that I went with and it looks great. I would definitely recommend him.

We are getting ready to sell our house and wanted to update the countertop first. We were under a tight time frame and needed it done quickly. Unlike many other contractors, Frank said he could get it done in a week and actually followed through.

I'm not ready to replace my 1950's metal cabinets, but I did want to make some changes in my kitchen in order to have a built in dishwasher. That meant I needed new counters. A unique corner cabinet means the counters have to be custom made. I got estimates at two big box home improvement stores and from one custom kitchen center and they were all over $1700 - not including charges for measuring or delivery. When I visited Dodson's, I stepped right into their shop. They offer a huge selection of laminates and quickly came up with a very attractive estimate. An independent contractor who works with them did the measuring and delivery for an additional $90. My main counter is huge - almost 11' x 5' - and it's all one piece of laminate - no seams. And it fit perfectly. There was an error in either the measuring or the cutting of the smaller piece but they fixed it. The counters took several weeks, but I had told them I was not in a hurry. Great product - great price.
