Bill Grill Exterminating

The treatments went fine. I felt pressured to buy the wasp and hornets nest "package" that they sell, guaranteeing a free second treatment if nests reappear. They didn't seem to be willing to do a single treatment. The package price was expensive.

We discovered a large ant hill on our front lawn and the ants were destroying the grass. We called Bill Grille Exterminating and within a day someone came to inspect the problem, explained that the ants were Harvester Ants, thus the grass being destroyed, and give us an estimate to treat the problem. The person was very friendly and assured us that they could eliminate the ants with treatment. We did contract the company, they did the treatment and within a day or two there wasn't an ant to be found. The ant hill has been destroyed and the grass since the treatment has started to grow back and cover what had been killed by the ants. We would definitely recommend this company. The treatment also came with a 90 Day Service Agreement if needed.

Scott came to our house within about 48 hours of my first call. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He set traps for us and looked for the possible entry point. Unfortunately, in a 100 year old house, we weren't able to isolate it, but he was prepared to seal it up if we had been. He has been back twice to check the location of the traps for maximum effectiveness, and we've seen no more of Mr. Rat to this point. I would definitely use this provider again (but I hope I never have to!).

Bill is extremely knowledgeable, returned calls, etc. Do to issues upon the first inspection limiting the scope (i.e. drop ceiling), Bill came back a second time once the drop ceiling was removed.

I called Bill Grill Exterminating, after 9PM on Wednesday and left a message. I had a return phone call and scheduled estimate by 5PM, Thursday! Scott came out Friday morning. He was punctual and incredibly friendly. We have been catching mice (2) in our basement and I was concerned we were experiencing an infestation. Scott came and reassured me that we were doing everything right. He also quickly found where they were coming in around the garage door. (On a side note -- the hole was INCREDIBLY small!) Scott was completely right, I was unable to block the hole immediately so I set a trap right inside the hole and caught a mouse last night. I added weatherstripping and blocked the hole today, so hopefully our problem will end. Scott shared great information with me about the anatomy of mice, and their behaviors. He advised me to keep doing what we were doing and that if we need any help to call him. He provided me with all this information as part of his free estimate. I was so incredibly grateful! If I have any future pest issues, I will definitely be calling Scott!

I called Bill grill because I was not happy with the exterminators I have been using and according to Angie's list this company is local and family run. The highly positive reviews I read here were accurate so far as I can tell. I called primarily about a rodent problem and I was concerned about a couple of things. Most of all I wanted to know what I was being charged for and that they would be upfront about their services from the beginning and not give me different stories or the impression that I was being taken advantage of. I also wanted to know if they dealt with a rodent problem completely including dealing with the debris left behind by the rodents. Scott who is my exterminator today was so friendly from the moment he walked in the door and gave me all of the answers I was looking for. I showed him the mouse nest that I had been concerned about and he told me that as a part of their official service they do not clean out these types of areas but as one person trying to help another he would be happy to do the best he could today and that's what he did. it's been a really long time since I have worked with any business where the people I hired were willing to do anything simply for the sake of being good to other people and so this was just wonderful and amazing to me.. just when I thought it couldn't get better I mentioned that I was concerned about how the mice were dealt with because I am a huge animal lover and hate the idea of any creature being tortured and to my surprise he told me that they were willing to try to trap the mice humanely which is a huge thing with me and something that my last exterminator was not willing to try (along with a long list of other things). so far I have not experienced the full extent of Bill grills services so all I can comment on is my experience today and I am so happy to have found this company that I decided to write this review as soon as I had the chance. UPDATE: Since my original review Bill Grill has been to my house about three more times to address the same issues I talked about before. This time and since The original visit I have worked mostly with Sean who is Scott's nephew I believe, and I couldn't be happier with the service he provided. I don't know if I can do it justice but I have never had anyone be more friendly or caring or willing to go above and beyond then everyone from Bill Grill who I have worked with -especially Sean. He set the traps and checked my house thoroughly for any areas the mice could be entering. He even discovered a spider problem (which my former exterminator was meant to have dealt with but clearly didn't), and he arranged to have someone come and spray inside and outside to take care of it which meant I would have to leave the house for four hours. When my former exterminator sprayed for spiders I never had to leave which makes sense that I should still have the problem. Finally when Sean came to check the traps and found nothing he also cleaned as much of the mouse debris from the basement ceiling as he could as well as check every single box in my basement for any mice or other creatures that could be hiding. Cleaning all that was not a part of the service I paid for and I'm pretty sure it wasn't required that he search the area as thoroughly as he did. As a result I'm not afraid to go in my basement anymore and I'm confident that the problem is gone. If not I know I can call them again and they will come with a smile on their face and a willingness to help me person-to-person which is so important and something I appreciate more than I can say. Sean told me that Scott had let him know that he should take care of me and that is a kind of service and treatment you just don't find anywhere today. That made me feel so good, like they didn't only care about their job but about me to, that I'm writing this review devotedly, and I've made sure to tell them how much I appreciate them every time I see them. I hope that I have accurately describe just how awesome Bill Grill exterminating is. Everyone should hire them. Everyone. Even if you don't have pests. I think it's worth the money just to have such awesome service and have your faith in humanity restored.

No evidence of mice inside any condo unit! This is a big deal, since we had caught 60 mice in various units over the past several months.

I have used them twice in the last five years. They’re fine; they do the job at a reasonable cost. They do the appropriate job and don’t charge you a million bucks to do it. They show up when they say they will show up and they’re good at working with you and your schedule. If you need them to come early in the morning because you work, they’ll come early in the morning. When I was first looking for someone to address the carpenter ants, about five years ago, I called a dozen places and asked them how they would treat it and what their prices were. I am methodical and I kept a list of the answers. It’s a pretty safe chemical. Big companies aren’t always the best; sometimes little companies treat you better and want to keep your business.

I have been using them consistently for four years. They are excellent. They came and took care of the carpenter ants I had. From that time, they come three times a year to spray the outside of the house, and twice a year to spray the inside of the house. I called them about a mice problem I had, and they asked me if I wanted them to come out. I told them I just wanted to know how to get rid of the mice. They told me how to get rid of the mice. I had a bracelet stolen by an employee, and they supported me the entire time, even going to the court hearing with me. They are super human beings. They are the absolute best family business, and treat your home as if it is your home. I would give them an A+ for everything. I would never think of dropping them.

I have had a good experience with them. I have used them several times and would use them again.

Responded quickly to any insect problem that crop up between treatments. Always timely and thorough.

I had rats in the house. I hated to use poison, but that is what it took to get rid off them. I do not have rats anymore. It cost me $200. The price was based on the foot square of the traps they had to set and they had to place quite a few of them. At that time, I felt it was expensive. However, when they explained how it was calculated, I was fine. I will use them again in the future.

They did a very job, very courteous and dependable.

Was thorough and gave helpful report. Bugs are gone.

WE USE BILL GRILL FOR EXTERMINATION AT OUR RENTAL UNITS. THEY ARE PROMPT.

VERY CLEAN. EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THEY WOULD BE DOING. CAREFUL AROUND POOL AND GARDENS WITH CHEMICALS. NO SIGN OF ANY INSECTS SINCE TREATMENT.
