Product quality and customer service have severely declined. To be clear - Kenny is great, but actual work done and Todd's customer service are both lacking. Sealing in 2019 went fairly well - sealing was too soft after 24 hours and took a tire imprint, they came out to fix with apologies. Sealing in 2022 used thinner sealant, nearly like paint, and crack filler already had a cm-sized hole 1 hour after sealing. After two days, crack filler itself was cracked in many places, hole was worse. Was told "no amount of crack fill is going to get those filled up from what [Todd] can tell". Questioned why they took an undoable job in bad faith, since their estimator looked at the driveway not long before the job was done, no answer to that. 48 hours after job, crack filler still too hot and took tire marks which are now all over the cracked areas, looks pretty terrible. They will not come fix any issues and said not to pay the bill.

Todd's did an EXCELLENT job. It was a struggle calling local companies that would neither call back or show up for an estimate. Todd's showed up in 24 hours with a great estimate and showed up on time the day of and did a remarkable job. We are appreciative of their company and will absolutely hire them for any paving needs we have! Thanks!

We moved into our house 26+ years ago. It had an existing asphalt driveway and we have maintained it. We've had many reputable contractors come out (every two years) to fill the cracks and re-seal our driveway. We've never been totally pleased with any of them for various reasons (not returning phone calls, over-pricing, sloppiness, etc.). We "discovered" Todd's in an ad placed in the Little Lake Theater/Canonsburg program and decided to give them a call. This is the second time we used their services (2017 & 2019). We could not be more pleased! Upon making the phone call to them, we made arrangements with Kenny, who is very professional and thorough with scheduling/follow-up. On the day of sealing, Todd's employees are efficient and polite. Todd does an EXCELLENT job of sealing. Our driveway looks like NEW and the thick coating lasts much longer. They get a 10+ from us!!

We received our quote last summer (2018) Kenny said I would be put on the wait List. I called them in the fall to ask if they are going to seal our driveway , Kenny said ”NO” and we would need to wait and would be put on the list to be first in Spring 2019. I call in the spring and ask again. They assured me I was next on the list. Meanwhile, I see them in our same subdivision sealing other peoples driveways????. They finally call in the summer and blame it all on the rain and they can do it the next day. I said forget because I had it done by George Isenberg(724-348-5960) George quoted my job in the spring and sealed it the following week. So much for Kenny saying I was next on their list.

They called to let me know they would come as soon as the weather permitted. It happened that the weather broke and they came on a Sunday to do their work (allowing for three sunny days to dry out.

The driveway looks amazing. I did not rate price because we did not obtain any other quotes. When I read over the reviews for this business, we were very comfortable having Todd's do the work based on the reviews and their Angie's List history. My husband took care of arranging everything with Todd's. When he made the initial call for a quote, he spoke to a very nice, professional woman who said they would come out within 6 days and we would receive a quote left in our front door. That is exactly what happened. She also included the Angie's list discount. My husband called to accept the estimate and we were scheduled in very quickly. The weather forecast was not looking great and we were informed that if there was rain in the forecast we would need to be rescheduled. We did end up being rescheduled due to rain. When my husband confirmed that we were being rescheduled he was told it was going to be within the next week and we would receive a phone call the day before they were to come out. We were initially scheduled to have the driveway sealed on a Wednesday. Thursday morning, the next day, my husband received a phone call, from a different woman who was slightly rude, that the crew was at our house, no one was home and there were vehicles, garbage cans on the driveway and the gate was closed. We had no idea Todd's was coming the next day. We did not receive a phone call. We were both at work and my husband, who happened to be working with an executive with his company that day, had to detour home to move everything. Although it was a less than desirable situation, the crew helped him move the garbage cans and flower pots off the driveway and my husband was back on the road within 15 minutes. The driveway looks brand new. The company did a great job to ensure sealer did not get on our concrete. Everything was clean and tidy when we got home. We are very happy with the outcome and will call Todd's when we need to re-seal the driveway again.

They were excellent. Very responsive and professional. A+ service, a quality job. It looks like a new driveway.

Todd's sealing we have used a few times including at an old house and all is exceptional quality, the only thing is sometimes they busy and you need to wait a bit, but this is because their quality and price for the best sealer is so good they have a long list of people trying to get their driveway done! I even once had them tell me it was not needed yet, which is amazing service and trustworthiness. Todd does not just seal to make money, he helps the person and will say if it is not yet needed (like the rare surgeon who does not push for surgery every time). Very professional and would use again every time!

This company is by far one of the wort I've come across. We hired them to seal the driveway of our brand new house. The day they came and did the job it poured down rain within minutes of completion. I now have black splatter all over my white garage door, trim and siding. They tried to clean it off, but it was too late. The product that was used only left yellowing and were told they would be looking into possibly painting to resolve. Nobody ever followed up with us, but they were sure to send me an invoice for payment. I called back to question the invoice and was told by Kenny that they did everything they could possibly do and Todd was not willing to do anything else. When I advised this was not acceptable, I was told not to pay the invoice, and that she'd talk to Todd and get back to me in a few days. Over a week has passed and I have still not been contacted back, I emailed from the website asking for a credit memo for my invoice and was told by Todd the invoice was deleted from their system. I find this solution unprofessional and am highly disappointed with our experience. I will be telling everyone I know not to use this company.

They do quality work and we have had other people who have not. I think the driveway sealing lasts longer then anyone else,they use quality materials and the price. They are very punctual, prompt and will tell you exactly when they are coming.

Communication regarding the service was excellent. The service was performed in the window specified. The result looked great. We were also happy with the final price.

They called 2 days before to ask if they could do it (weather permitting) and they did the work on the morning they promised. They do a great job and they don't make a mess unlike others who splatter the garage door or retaining wall.

I called them 7 days ago, got an answering machine left a message on my name and phone # what I wanted done and no call back, if they didn't want the job that's fine, but a phone call would have been appreciated.
