Description of Work: Installation of a new in ground pool liner. Work completed as agreed upon in 1 day. The workers were extremely knowledgeable and skilled. We did empty the pool beforehand as required. Liner was chosen from several possibilities and all affordable.

 + -1 moreWe tried for 2 years to get Pool King on Rt 8 to install a new liner. They wouldn't even return phone calls. Never use them. We called Pool Liners Plus. They called back immediately and gave us an estimated price over the phone. They were here within a couple of days, measured the pool, ordered the liner and it was installed within three weeks. I give them the highest praise for their professionalism , their product, and their service. I would definitely recommend them.

 + -1 moreHe came to see the pool and give me an estimate of providing a new pool liner and give me an estimate. He said he would be back in a couple of days and get the measurements. I waited 4 days for him to show back up but he didn't. I called and left messages twice with NO return phone calls. I don't think he was very professional If he didn't want to do the job, he should at least tell the customer. I ended up going with a competitor.

Description of Work: Pool Liners Plus installed a new Liner in my In Ground Pool. This is the second time I have used the company as I had them install a Liner initially in my Mother -In- Laws Pool in 2010. The company was very reliable and accurate with the initial quote. The work was completed on time and the crew was extremely courteous and clean. On one occasion we had a question regarding an area of the pool that had issues with the last liner installed. Not only did the company's owner return our call, he stopped out in person to check out the situationa nd answer questions. A+
