We had never considered that our gutter guards would fail, so were surprised when we noticed waterfalls coming down from our gutters late last winter and during the crazy spring rains. After calling 2 other companies in our area and getting NO response whatsoever, I looked up h2oTEKS and sent a message. I got a response within an hour, and was on their schedule for that same week. The guys showed up as per appointment, and showed me pictures of what they found. They were friendly, efficient, and effective. Having no others to compare, I felt that the price was very reasonable, especially considering what they found when they got up there. Communication from start to finish was excellent; I will be calling h2oTEKS every spring from here on out.

Twice last year we had them clean our clogged 2nd-story gutter. Each time, the crew they sent showed up on time and did the job quickly and efficiently. Very prompt email Q&As and followup from Jonathan, the owner. We're about to hire them again for our fall gutter cleaning!

I was pleased that they were able to get to the job so quickly. The job was quoted within a day of my request, based on photos that I sent them, and completed in a little over one week. My only disappointment was that there was a little difficulty with not having the appropriate hardware or tools with them to re-hang the shutters on the first visit. But eventually they got hung and look great. No problems at all with the pressure washing. All in all, a very responsive company who was legitimately concerned with my satisfaction. I would hire again.

Pretty well, I suggested they use towels underneath windows when cleaning to prevent drips on floor.

The project t went extremely well. We are preparing our former home to put on the market so wanted to do a very good, comprehensive cleaning of the windows, gutters, driveway and patios. Jonathan visited the house without my having to drive there to meet him and sent me a quote immediately. The price was very reasonable given the extensive amount of work required. Jonathan worked with us to schedule the various parts of the job so that it coincided with other work taking place - and his crew did exactly what they said they would on exactly the schedule we agreed. The crew leader, Corey, was in regular text communication with me clarifying tasks and providing updates on progress. I couldn't be happier with the work and will certainly hire them again to do work at our current home.

Doing business with h2oTEKS (the owner Jonathan Barrick and the service crews was outstanding. The original contact, and bid process, with Jonathan was all done via Email. It appears that h2oTEKS makes very good use of available technology. We were contracting for a wide variety of services at our home (listed above), and to our surprise, the first bid was made without an on-site visit. Certainly, a satellite mapping software and/or drive-by was used in lieu of a personal visit. We had some specific issues to discuss, and requested an on-site visit. Jonathan accommodated, and Brad Little payed us a visit. Subsequently some adjustments were made to the scope and cost of the bid. Speaking of the bid, as Jonathan will tell you, they may not be the lowest bid, but they will definitely provide the highest level of service. And after Brad's visit, we felt that would be true, and were seriously considering h2oTEKS to do the work. Since, it was a big residential job, Jonathan graciously offered a “large project” discount that sealed the deal. The work was done in 3 segments: 1. Gutter cleaning was first. That crew (Frank, and company) found and cleaned a modest amount of residue in the gutters (before and after pictures were shared). More importantly, Frank identified two issues that needed attention – 1) One of the gutters needed the slope adjusted for proper run-off, and 2) The chimney was showing noticeable erosion (the concrete cap, as well as 3 course of brick). We would subsequently contract h2oTEKS to perform that work, as well. 2. All washing (Pressure and Soft) was done on a second day. 3. All sealing was done on a third day. Both crews were professional, friendly, and open to performing corrections to small details we would identify. 1. As for the washing and sealing, Brad Little and his son Cory were supremely diligent with there process, as they were dealing with at least 10 years of cumulative dirt, grime, and mildew. The end result was fantastic. Of note, the sealing product is of the highest quality, with long-lasting effectiveness. The gutter and chimney repair was a separate bid that we accepted (again after Jonathan included an Angie’s List Senior Discount). Frank and his crew did excellent work - with before and after pictures. In this case, we did have to report a couple minor collateral damage issues, and Jonathan scheduled the crew quickly, and those corrections were made to our satisfaction. Bottom line - we are 100% satisfied, and find great value in our relationship with h2oTEKS. Without hesitation we recommend h2oTEKS. You may find the cost higher than other similar contractors, but the quality of service and materials is superior.

Brad arrived on time, was friendly and got the job done efficiently. He assured me that, if there is anything that needed redone, he would come back to make sure we were completely satisfied. That won't be needed.

We recently used h2oTEKs for gutter cleaning and window washing of our entire 2-story colonial house. They are fast, professional, and thorough, including sending before/after pictures, etc. We have always been fully satisfied with the quality of the work. I also appreciate that Jonathan is very responsive via email and text, which is refreshing compared to some contractors which only work via phone/voicemail/answering service. I was also impressed with their customer service when we had a tricky issue w/ our downspout/gutter which required multiple visits and coordination.

All of the windows and screens were cleaned thoroughly, and they look as good as the day we had them installed. Will definitely call them back again!

Overall, it was a really good experience. My gutters had screens on them and hadn't been cleaned in several years due to my mistaken belief that screens would eliminate this maintenance. When I noticed things growing out of one section of gutter, I did some research and realized my error. So I contacted Jonathan and he responded right away, explaining 3 different ways to possibly go with this. He sent me a detailed proposal and once I accepted his recommendation to clean and inspect the gutters and screens, his crew came and did the work. Now, the gutters are cleared the growing things are gone. I am very pleased with the results.

Prompt and excellent service. Friendly personnel (we had Brad) and willing to go the extra mile to meet the service dates requested and provide exceptional service. Would definitely recommend. Scheduling pressure washing at my home and also having them wash the exterior windows of my mother's home. Will definitely keep these folks in my contacts for future services.

Overall, I am very pleased with the work they completed! The process of receiving a quote, booking the work, and paying the bill were incredibly user friendly and easy to complete. These truly could not have gone any better and it may have been the easiest thing I have done with house work. I had a few other quotes on this work and this company was a better deal by and large or at least competitive with the other offers. The work was done largely to my satisfaction with only a few very minor criticisms. There were some areas that were particularly dirty on my house and it appears that there are spots on the under-side of the siding that may have been missed. The window cleaning was decent on most windows, but it looks like they may have been done in an order that made the lower level windows dirty again before the work was completed. Since the window cleaning was included in the base price, this is hardly worth mentioning because most places would charge extra for this service anyways, so something is better than nothing. Overall, I liked the work they did and I would absolutely consider using them the next time I need this work done!

None if the indoor windowsills were wiped. Dirty water was left to dry on them. None of the outdoor window frames (the area between the window and screen) were cleaned. I thought that was standard when cleaning windows. There were also a few streaks left behind. The men were nice but I wasn't happy with the job they did.

Great job. They sent me an estimate right away and showed up to do the work on the same day. They hauled away all debris and even took apart one of the gutters that was pretty clogged to make sure it was completely clear.

All conversations done via text. Came out immediately. Surprising they I'd climb on roof but did it via ladder.
