They provided me with same day service & installed new parts in a timely manner on my hot water heater. Serviceman was pleasant, knowledgeable & had no problems installing new parts (under warrenty) & quoted me total cost prior to starting the work. I have used Kennihan before & will continue to do so.

Dave Hinchberger is a "pros pro!" Dave quickly and effectively analyzed my HVAC issue and then professional fixed my problem. Dave's diagnostic skills allowed him to analyze and fix my HVAC problem without "being a parts changer" as it seems most repairmen are that I have experienced. I cannot rate him high enough. Par Excellence service!!

Promp and Couteous Good experience

My fault never got their estimate before they did the job. But went thru Angi list for recommendations. They fixed my outside spigot mind you not put it in, but fixed it. Took almost 3 hours to do. After the job was done you could push on the spigot and it would move very loose. Was told that was the best it could be done. Used it once and it got worse, it cost over $1000. After a couple of days I called the office, they immediately set up a service call. The person that came out, fixed it does not move now! So customer service was great!

Of all the hvac we looked at be was the only one who knew about all options. His work was to notch and his results are the best we could have hoped for. Unique in the area for expertise Gerry was wonderful to work with and his recommendations spot on.

I am a member of Grandma Ellieâ s Club which gives me assurance that they can service my home when needed. Since my husband and son passed away, I know that I can count on them being honest and doing a great job.

They called ahead of time to set a date. Then they called the day before to be sure I was expecting them and said that they would be out at a certain time. They said that they would call the morning of my appointment to let me know when they would be here. A window of two hours was already given to me. Leanne did call and said that they would be there in 1/2 hour. They did arrive then and were very professional. Anything that had to be moved was put back exactly where I had it. They have been my plumbers for years. I trust them and would go to no one else.

Very professional and high-tech serviceman. He did not rush. He took the time to diagnose the problem with the heat exchanger in our furnace. We have a very old furnace in a property we rent. He made us feel comfortable the furnace can make the winter. Would highly recommend Kennilhan. Great company.

Kenihan replaced the piping in my laundry room due to multiple pin hole leaks. They did a great job and clean up afterwards.

They were able to fit us in so we didn't have to do without heat. They replaced a part the same day I called in to hold us over so we had heat until they could replace the whole furnace 2 days later. The men were were very efficient and knowledgeable. We couldn't be more pleased and will be using them for other items when needed. The office staff was very courteous and made us feel well taken care of.

All of the office staff were friendly and responsive. I had several problems over a three month period and the technicians that came to the house were professional, courteous and thorough.

This company charged $950 for a quote and to reset a toilet which took 2 hours. E.R. doctors do not get paid like this. The supplies for a toilet were less than $10 and the leak I had was not even fixed. Not recommended!
