Communications between plumber and his office were a little shakey. Plumber arrived several hours later than expected. Ryan was a nice guy who tried to complete the work without involving additional cost he was very considerate. Great work.

Quick response to an emergency situation.

I would recommend Kennihan to anyone needing some plumbing work. Their customer service was excellent, they called me within hours to schedule the job and had a tech at my house the next day. Ryan the service tech was very friendly and excellent to work with. He actually worked to improve the plumbing and faucet setup that needed to be replaced on the outside of our house. Very pleased with the overall experience and will be calling them again as needed.

Kennihan was not the lowest cost contractor that Home Advisor suggested for my basement sewage backup issue. However, the following reasons are why I chose them: 1. They contacted me within 30 minutes of my search. 2. Scheduled service for early the next day. 3. Provided the names of their techs when I scheduled. 4. The techs messaged me 15 minutes before arrival. 5. The techs explained how they would clear the blockage and the cost. 6. Offered an optional service to use a camera to determine the overall condition of my sewer pipes. 7. Cleaned up all debris. 8. Accepted a credit card payment and emailed a detailed summary of the work done and a receipt.

They contacted me a few minutes after I posted the job on HomeAdvisor. They found a tech available and got someone to my house in a couple of hours. They snaked the trap and got everything flowing again. The removed the debris and cleaned up. Job well done.

Concern was expressed immediately at the time of install that ductwork from the unit was exposed to under the home. After several phone calls and emails over the course of 10 weeks, a technician was sent out. Then their admin person called with a ridiculous quote of $700 for less than 2 feet of ductwork to be covered? This is on top of an initial installation cost of $6,000. While it is a stand-alone system (not integrated with furnace) surely this level of pricing would allow for addressing the customers concern over exposed ductwork. The unit replaced had the original ductwork covered.

First, the owner of the company reached out to us to let us know his office would be calling to set the actual appointment. Then the office called to make the appointment and told us they would call prior to arrival. Everyone from Jerry (the owner), to Marsha in office, to Bryan the technician were beyond professional. We will definitely use them again and will refer them to others.

Kennihan is the absolute best available in my opinion. We've had them install a new heating system and do many other jobs; always satisfied.

While their plumber eventually got the job done, their hourly rate of $200 per hour is simply too high.

They came out the day after they contacted me and did fixed my leak. Made sure nothing else was wrong with pipes before they left. Will definitely use them again.

The first to arrive did excellent job with camera and found clog easily. Second day of reconstruction of drainage systems started with heavy equipment and continued to day three. Very professional and solved all problems easily. I would highly recommend Kennihan plumbing. And I’m glad they were so print and courteous. Dj Brewster
