Due in the morning, I got a call at 12.40 saying they'd be here in an hour. He arrived at 2. Once here, he was professional, friendly and helpful. He repaired our toilet but said that in the long-term - maybe a year or two - we'd have to replace it and gave me all the details of options. A few weeks before Christmas, the last thing I want to be doing is shelling out just short of a grand. And he said it wasn't needed. I have subsequently had 2 calls from them asking me to call if I want to discuss the replacement. I don't want to discuss it; the first call was fair enough, the second was nagging.

Ryan and Brian were very professional, explained everything in a way I could understand, and were a pleasure to work with.

The technician was very courteous and knowledgeable and took time walking throughout the house to discuss my plumbing concerns. I was quoted a price of $370 for a job that I was able to complete with the help of several yo***be videos and a $45 part from a supply house. Although the pricing was probably in line with industry standards, which is in and of itself a disappointment, I was put off by the fact that the smallest act of investigation beyond checking the water temperature with ones hand was met with an ala carte pricing schedule. Removing a simple faceplate, valve cartridge, and several screws $195 really? Took less than 5 min. This from a company who from the very first moment I met the technician shared his companys desire to be my *go to* for plumbing and needs.

Good service, Workman did a nice job. However, extremely expensive. $1600 just to replace a standard toilet?

work was done in professional manner and plumbers covered their feet to protect my flooring. Office had some problems with billing but they resolved the problem in a timely manner. I am awaiting estimates for future projects with Kennihan.

Their pricing is about 4 times prevailing rates. I should have checked before setting up the appointment.

Plumber was good, however, I think the 'plumbing pkgs' with this company are too high. Prices can not be adjusted for small plumbing jobs.

The part needed was for an older shower unit , which they were able to get . They kept us informed on when the part came in and when they would be coming to fix it. Grateful and Thankful for their fine service.
