As part of the Grandma' Maintenance Plan, Dave#2 visited to check my heater system for Winter. All's well and I'm not surprised. These folks are nearly family and I've years of reasons to trust and prefer them.

We have had Kennihan check our furnace for the last 7 years. They have always been very professional.

I contacted Kennihan on Tuesday November 30 because I had no heat. I was told that they would likely be out Wednesday or Thursday . By Friday, no one showed up, I called and they had written down my phone number wrong. A technician showed up Friday afternoon , looked over the furnace and said that the blower control circuit was bad, that I would hear from them first thing Monday morning about parts and repairs. When I didnt hear anything by late Monday afternoon I called again and was told that **they had a lot of emergencies**. Apparently **no heat** doesnt qualify. Heard nothing more until Wednesday, when I had to call again to see what was happening. I received a call an hour later with a quote for the part, which I agreed to have them order. Friday afternoon the part was installed and it didnt fix the problem. I was then told that it was probably the wiring harness, and that I should consider replacing my 13 year old furnace. Again I was told that I would hear **first thing Monday morning** about parts and repairs. First thing Monday, I contacted anther contractor. Within 3 hours, they had been to my home, diagnosed the problem, given me a quote for repairs and ordered a new blower motor. They were back Wednesday morning at 8:30, replaced the motor, cleaned the blower and were on their way within an hour. We spent 2 weeks without heat waiting for these guys to react, and the other contractor fixed it within 48 hours. It was a very expensive lesson. BTW, I didnt hear back from Kennihan about parts and repair until Tuesday afternoon. No sense of urgency at all.

We have had Kennihan for a little over a year and we are very pleased with their work. All the technicians, Dave H., Bryan B. and Randy, that we have dealt with are friendly and explain in detail what the job will entail. Also, Ruth and Kathy are very efficient in scheduling and trying to meet your time constraints. We would highly recommend this company. Also we feel the Maintenance agreement is worth the price with the added benefits.

We live in a double-wide trailer and recently had a TON of plumbing work that needed to be done. Unfortunately, it is difficult to find plumbers who will work on trailers. However, we were able to contract with Kennihan Heating & Plumbing located in Valencia, PA close to where we live. https://www.kennihans.com/ Cannot say enough good about this company! The office staff kept in constant touch with us. They let us know when the work could be scheduled and when the technicians were on their way. And WOW! The technicians were skilled and concerned about doing an excellent job. Special shout out to Randy and his trainee, Mark. Randy patiently answered our many questions, was friendly and courteous, went out of his way to get the work done right, and was concerned about keeping our home clean throughout the project (they laid down fabric runners from the front door to both bathrooms to avoid tracking in any dirt on the carpet). From start to finish, I am impressed with these guys and the company.

Did not fix the natural gas grill. Did not have a hose to fix it.

The whole experience with this company has been excellent!! From office drafting work team very professional and great to work with.. technician was very thorough and professional and did excellent repair!!!! Highly recommend and would definitely use this company again!!!

We had a new install of Air Conditioner and Furnace. After having several estimates Jerry sold me. He was the only one that explained everything in detail to help me make the correct decision. Pricing was good also compared. The office staff did a great job communicating. Ryan and his crew were very professional and cleaned everything up. I would totally recommend Kennihan due to the professional way they perform from Sales to finish.

We hired Kennihans to replace the riser on our gas line just before the meter. This turned into a much more complicated job than expected. Throughout the entire job the crew on site was polite, hardworking, professional, and very competent. They encountered problem after problem which was not their fault, but due to the weird way the gas line was originally run. They adapted and worked out a great solution that both cost effective and saved all of my plantings. Huge thanks to Ryan, Brian, and Herb. The office staff was extremely helpful, responsive, and professional. They always called and let me know the day's plan and made sure the work was done properly. Gerry checked in frequently to make sure everything was being taken care of and were were satisfied. Now, they are not as cheap as that "guy your neighbor knows that could do the job," but you get what you pay for. I was extremely satisfied and would STRONGLY recommend them for any job.

I could understand the fee of $87 for the initial visit but if you break down the total bill it was high. They install a 8ft section of flexiable pipe, I hose pib and one shut off valve. Total install time was 2 hours. allowing 1 hour for travel and $50 for parts that comes out to be $295 per hour do the math and that comes out to over $613,600 per year. I would also like to mention that Ryan the associate was efficient, and I good rep for the company.

Easy to contact/schedule. Good to work with. Left everything exactly how it was. Would hire for plumbing again.
