They were prompt to begin, but it went down hill after that. The $500. Water heater cost us over a thousand. The next day it started to leak. They came back after we called about it, and told us we needed $700. Dollars more to finish the task PLUS we also needed $2,000 more to replace some pipes and other misc. work. I guess they thought they would take further advantage of the seniors. Never again.

The work performed was done very well, The technician was friendly, and knowledgeable, but I thought the part used, was overpriced.

I am amazed that it would take 4 hours to attach water and waste lines to a sink and attach a dishwasher. I guess that there were some complications regarding alignment but $725 to connect a sink and dishwasher??? Forget college, send your kids to trade school...this cost more than my last physical and blood test as well as my last Root Canal...but was even more painful

thorough, explained everything, thought out the process and figured out exactly what was wrong, took his time to determine the problem and fixed it on the spot. Very nice, professional, personal. Thank you. My only wish is that the service call, should you decided to use the company, the money should go towards the final repair cost instead of in addition to the labor and cost of the part.
