Description of Work: Replacing windows in home. Met several times with representative. Dan came out to measure windows. Slow response with follow-up and final pricing. No contact from store for final pricing. Service not performed.

+ -1 moreThe ordering and measuring process went smoothly. After three weeks the unfinished doors were delivered to my home. I stained and finished the doors. After I finished the staining, H.P. Starr came to install the doors. However, the manufacturer cut one set of bifold doors incorrectly and they did not fit. Dorothy Taylor who takes car of doors and windows for H.P. Starr did a great job of correcting the problem. She dealt with the manufacturer and ordered a new set of doors. In fact Starr stained and finished this set of doors, since I had already stained the original doors. The new set of doors fit perfectly and look great. H.P. Starr stands by their products and services.
Description of Work: Installed 3 sets of solid oak six panel bifold closet doors and a solid oak six panel bathroom door.
