ART'S WASHER & DRYER

Went great. Came the next day and repaired.

I called Art both times and he was on time, efficient and affordable. Very reasonable pricing too compared to his competitors. Great person and technician. $200 or so total for two trips a year apart saved me from buying a $400+ new machine.

Didn't happen

Art was only at my home for approximately 30 minutes. He knew what the problem was right away and even had the part that was needed to make the repair. Art appeared to have expertise in his field. I was highly satisfied with his work. I would definitely recommend him to others.

My washer machine is approx. ten years old. I really thought Art would suggest I buy a new one, but he said that it was in great shape and to keep it.... Thank you so much Art.... He is just fabulous.....

Art checked it out & diagnosed the problem in minutes. He confirmed what I knew, that my washed was done. Specifically, the seal and bearings were gone and that it would cost more to repair it then to get a new one. I appreciated his old school frankness and the fact he only charged me his 'gas money' for coming out. Both him and office staff were a pleasure to deal with.

Art was prompt, courteous, and fair. We need more repairman in the world like him. He told me what the problem was, sold me the part, and told me how easy it would be to fix...and it was. I would not hesistate to call Art again. A+

Art was very knowledgeable and explained what was wrong. He answered my many questions about whether I would have to replace the washer or if it was a quick fix. Art set my mind at ease after a traumatic event in the house we just bought! He even fixed the agitator in the washer when he was about to leave. His pricing was very reasonable and I will definitely call him in the future of/when I need him!
