Tom Natalini Sr & Son Inc

He was suppose to show up on Oct. 2, but never came. I contacted him twice. He finally called me and said that he would get his son to call me and he never did. No one got back with me.

He lowered 2 flagstones that were interfering with an exterior door at no charge. Problem solved.

After figuring out the cause of the problem, Tom and his guys came back within the week to take care of it. They were done in 2 days and left the site super-clean. I would (and already have) recommend them highly to anyone who wants a professional, knowledgeable, problem-solving mason working on their home.

I didn't get any service. I thought I had the right contractor to do the job, but after waiting two and a half months he told me he couldn't do the job because he was sick. I am wishing him well.

Tom Sr. is great. He went out of his way to get to our house quickly even though he is very busy. He gave is great information on our house and what he felt needed to be done. He was very thorough. We haven't decided to move ahead yet due to cost of the work needed but when we do I will use Tom because I feel that people that go the extra mile should be rewarded.

It went very well. He showed up on time and completed the work in timely and efficient manner. They were very clean and respectful. They installed the bolts in such a way that the hard wood floors were not affected. They also patched the interior ceiling. The job cost was what he estimated.

Tom and his crew came on the scheduled day. They lightly pressure washed the back wall. Over the next three days they completed the patching and sealing. They caulked inside exterior light fixtures and painted the vents on the wall to match the sealing finish. They even did a couple of minor jobs that weren't included in the original estimate at no cost. Finally they cleaned up immaculately. We had a day long storm last week and the leaks were gone! We are very happy with the work Tom and his crew did.

We were very impresssed with Mr.Natalini's assessment of our repair job and rerquested that he perform the work according to his estimate.We set a date,but he called to say that he would not be coming as he could not find a parking space.There are many nearby parking lots and I offered to pay the parking costs but we did not hear from him again.

Tom's crew came out on time the day scehduled for the work. The work was completed the same day and it was all done in a professional manner. His crew even patched some additional areas around the house that were not part of the scope of the work we agreed to. The chimney looked great once the work was completed. In January, after a season of heavy snow, rain, and ice, we had some water infiltrating the chimney area near the roof. Tom promptly sent a crew out to investigate, take pictures for us, and re-seal the work they had completed in October. I appreciate his responsiveness, attention to detail, and dedication to quality of his work.

Quick, clean, and reliable. Even provided recommendations for improving the chimney. Will be calling again!

Everyone was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Tom Sr. spent a lot of time with me when he gave me the quote, walking around the house and answering questions. Tom Jr performed the work and everything came out great. I plan on using them in the future for other work. My only complaint is that we had several missed appointments for a follow-up after the initial quote as well as the originally scheduled start date. If Tom hadn't left such a good impression on the initial quote, I don't know if I would have gone through with the work, but in the end I'm glad I did.

Illness prevented first crew from coming, second crew (Tom Jr.), came a week later and did the job in two days. Very nice job, steps look fantastic!!!! Thanks!!!!

I contacted him, we had an appointment scheduled that he had to cancel but never followed up with me on another appointment. I contacted him again, he apologized and told me he was too busy and to contact his son.

I joined Angie's list to find a reputable chimney repair service and my first attempt to find such a service was a failure. I called Mr. Natalini who said he would have a look that Sunday between 12 and 3. No one came. I called him Monday evening; he said his son made the call on Sunday and would drop in the liner on Wednesday- a liner?? No one showed on Wednesday to 'drop in a liner' or do any other work. I saw a similar report about a no-show for this service. I think you should take the service off Angie's list.

They were great - they came out on the weekend to do the original estimate, and really seemed to understand old stone houses. They had to reschedule due to weather a couple of times, but they always called. Once they started they WORKED, hard fast and carefully to all of the above. The finished work is beautiful; seamless, and the house is definitely tighter. We haven't had any more damp walls or prblems with plaster since.

It was a pleasure working with Tom and his crew! He has a great work ethic and wants everything to be done right. At the end of every day he spent a lot of time cleaning up. We feel like we got a lot of value from his service and plan to bring him back for any future masonry projects. Compared to the other contractors we have used, he was so much more detail-oriented and experienced.

Natalini did a great job. The newly poured sidewalk slopes appropriately toward the street and looks good. The job took 2 days, and then another day and a half or so to dry completely. The crew (led by Tom Natalini's son) was very professional and courteous. They came back to check on everything a couple of weeks after completion to make sure I was happy. I think the cost was on the high side, but so is the quality. I would definitely use them again. I noticed that someone else on my block used them a month or two later; my neighbor must have noticed the good job they did.

The patchwork he did is completely off color and does not match. Natalini Jr. came and did the work and even admitted that he was not good at patching. The steps coming off the porch that they patched are also very discolored. When I contacted Natalini Sr. he said he would personally come out to address the issue, but has failed to do so.

My experience with him was great. They came when they said they were going to come and cleaned up well.

They did a very nice job. He was reasonably priced. They came to my home and they were courteous. They were neat and cleaned up after themselves.

Working with Tom Natalini was an absolute pleasure. He responded immediately to texts or emails, and maintained good communication throughout the project. He and his crew were punctual, professional, and polite, and left the house in immaculate condition. In addition, Tom kindly tightened door locks, bolts on our garage door, and anything else he thought needed attention (without charging us). Most importantly, our roof leak seems to have been solved - not a drop since the work was done, despite several significant rainfalls. We're extremely happy with quality of the work. The cost was a bit higher than I had initially anticipated, but it was clearly well worth the investment. It obvious that Tom and his people take tremendous pride in their work, and they should - they're terrific. I have already recommended them to friends, and would hire them again without hesitation. Based on the quality of what they did, however, I sincerely doubt that will be necessary!

Tom Natalini was the only contractor out of four that I contacted who gave me a written estimate. He returned my call the same day, showed up when he said he would, and emailed a complete estimate with all the work we had discussed. One contractor gave me an estimate for only one very small part of a big overall job, and the other two didn't send me an estimate at all. One would not go up onto the roof. Though we haven't used him yet, a neighbor used Tom years ago and thought his work was excellent. We will definitely call Tom - and only Tom - in the future.

I met Tom Jr at the site to get an estimate. He was very knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done and explained it in detail. I felt comfortable that the work would be completed in a quality fashion and it certainly was. Even with the low temperatures, they were able to pour the concrete and do the stucco. I definitely recommend them and I will use them again.
