Description of Work: Tom and his crew reconfigured a masonry wall at our 1920's era house to install a new patio door and window. Tom was a real pleasure to work with. He did great work. His price was very reasonable. I highly recommend him!!

Description of Work: This F rating is due to Tom Natalini cancelling two appointments on short notice. In the first instance we set up a time for Tom to come by to review the project and provide an estimate on a Sunday, between 1 pm and 3 pm. At 5 am that morning Tom sent a text saying he "could not make it" because "something had come up" and that he would call to make another appointment. That same day, Tom called at around 12:30 pm saying that he could come after all. But by then, I had already made other plans and was riding in a car out of town. Tom said we could set up another appointment soon. I had to call and leave several messages until I got a reply. Once again we set up an appointment, nearly a month later (so much for soon) on a Sunday, with a window of 1 pm - 3 pm. On the day of the appointment, at 11:40 pm, Tom sent a text to cancel saying he forgot he had a birthday party for this granddaughter. That was it - no follow up phone call or anything further from Tom. I decided to hire someone else to do the job.

Description of Work: We chose the company because of its excellent rating and long history of good work. We communicated our needs primarily via phone and email. Received a quote via email. Although we received a reduction in price we were shocked that there was also a reduction in quality of work. The brick work repair looked like graffiti. Stair repair was uneven and not finished well. Seemed as if they just wanted to get the job done with no thought to professionalism or quality. My husband felt that he could have done a better job.

Description of Work: Repaired and re-parged basement walls in the utility side of the basement. They moved anything that had to be moved so they could access the walls. They were able to complete the project in one day.

Description of Work: I called this company, and he said he could give me an estimate, but he would have to look at the job. He asked to come on the weekend , but never showed up. When I checked the list of contractors I visited, it said he doesn't service my area. .He never mentioned that in our phone conversation. He did finlly show up about a week later.He was not prompt in response. His bid was the highest of three. I called a local contractor who did the job for a lot less than he would have.

Description of Work: Was very prompt giving estimates and getting upfront monies. Did 3/4 of the work, then ignored calls and e-mails. Was fully paid for work never finished, trash and left over material left on work site, has no respect for one's property - was given a key to use facilities in the house, left mud all over the floor, this person has no respect for anyone. Will never use again, nor recommend.

Description of Work: Tom Natalini was the best. I would recommend him to everyone that I know.

Description of Work: About two weeks ago I left a message on Mr. Natalino's answering machine. He returned my call and we set up a date for him to give me an estimate for the repair of exterior stucco and for sealing leaks in the wall of the garage. He asked me for my address which I gave him. We agreed on Wednesday for his visit, 1:30pm. Then on Wednesday, a few hours before the scheduled appearance, he called to postpone to the following Sunday. On Sunday, I received two calls from Mr. Natalino's son, asking to reschedule the visit a second time. I refused to do so. He agreed to my request that he honor the day and time his father and I had set. 15 minutes later, I received yet another call from the son canceling the visit and any future ones on the grounds that I lived outside the company's area of service!

Description of Work: He restucco'd my basement, waterproofed brick, and restucco'd parts of the outside patio.

Description of Work: Over the past twenty years, Mr. Natalini has performed extensive work both in my current home and our previous home. In my previous home, the entire basement was dug out, excavated, walls pinned, floor lowered (major job),also cement work in back yard and stucco on back of house. In my current home, Mr. Natalini again did extensive work including building kitchen, lentil placement, stucco entire back of house, basement walls.

Description of Work: Tom Natalini and his crew stuccoed and patched approximately 1/3 of one side of my very tall three-story row house, which required setting up scaffolding in a very narrow passageway. They also replaced two lintels above my windows and stuccoed the face of my front steps.
