We were able to schedule an appointment for an estimate and the actual work to be done in about a week's time. This estimate was the lowest we had received and decided to go with them. On the first day, the person who did the power washing hooked up his hose to our neighbor's spigot. I called the main office, they apologized, and on the second day, the power washer apologized for having done it. They sprayed the stain on the deck and all the trees and my newly planted garden effectively killing all of the flowers. This was my first time having a deck stained. I didn't know I should have covered them, nor did they offer to do so. He left stains all over the concrete surrounding the deck. He broke our hose. I suppose that should be the least our worries. The woman in the office was an outstanding manager of the situation and seemed genuinely concerned about the lack of quality of this work. She sent a check to the neighbors for the water they used which helped preserve neighbor relations

The siding in the area of the deck was even cleaned of mold without being asked. Another company wanted $450 for the deck and another $50-$75 to clean the mold off the siding next to the deck. The only thing I didn't care for was the color of the stain, but the water now beads beautifully when it rains.

Careful, excellent and prompt service. Plants on deck were fully covered to protect them. Company needs full time office help to answer any initial questions.
