CLASSIC ROOFING

They did a really careful and good looking job. They even painted a storm window frame which was brown to match the new color. There were some delays due to weather but they returned promptly after the snow and finished the job. They even shoveled the snow. I did have to call them twice for an estimate. There were some changes during the course of the work, but they consulted us before continuing. We added framing around the second story windows once we saw how it would look.

Job was done while we were out of town. I inspected the roof afterwards. They did a very neat job and cleaned up everything. We've had two strong rains and ice since they completed the job and there are no leaks. I had to call twice to get an estimate, but they were honest about when they could start the job and called ahead of time to tell me when they would start.

THIS COMPANY DID A GREAT JOB IN THE ACTUAL WORK. THE ONE FRUSTRATION I HAD WITH THEM WAS IN COMMUNICATION. IT TOOK THEM ABOUT FOUR MONTHS TO GET TO THE JOB (ONE MONTH LONGER THAN THEY SAID IT WOULD). NUMEROUS TIMES I CALLED AND DIDN'T RECEIVE A CALL BACK. IF YOU HAVE TIME AND PATIENCE TO WAIT FOR THEM, I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR ROOFING NEEDS.

IT SEEMED TO BE RAINING IN THE BACK BEDROOM. IT WAS A SUNDAY. WITHIN HOURS SOMEONE WAS ON OUR ROOF. THEY MELTED THE FROZEN GUTTER AND THEN EVERYTHING DRAINED.

FRANK, THE OWNER, OVER SAW EVERYTHING. WE WOULD GET HOME FROM WORK AND NOT EVEN KNOW THEY WERE THROWING STUFF IN THE DRIVE WAY. THEY REALLY CLEANED UP. EVERYONE WAS VERY POLITE AND ON TIME.
