I love these guys!!! I have always shopped carpet cleaning services primarily on price, but now I've found a fabulous company that I'll use over and over (I've used them 3-4 times already). First, the people answering the phone are friendly and flexible. They recognize that YOUR time is valuable, and are happy to help find a time that really suits you. Someone calls to confirm (always nice), then the crew shows up right when you were expecting them. No one tries to upsell you. You tell them what you want, they may recommend something to help with one issue or another (I have a BAD cat who acts out on my carpet), but respect your 'I don't think so'. The crews have always been friendly and professional. If you get stuck and can't move a piece of furniture, they are more than happy to assist. After your service, you get coupons to use for future services, and can earn 'Quality Bucks' by recommending them to others. I brought a whole house cleaning down by almost $200 by saving coupons and gift cards that Quality gave to me over the year. They also send out a great newsletter with tips and tricks and interesting tidbits throughout the year. Quality is now the ONLY carpet cleaning company in my address book!

Joe was on time, did a fantastic job as always, got all the spots out. He?s been here numerous times and always does a great job.

Requested estimates from a couple of companies. Quality Clean was prompt in coming by to conduct an estimate; no pressure. Decided to hire them and no issues with scheduling the date for the cleaning. They arrive in the time frame they provided. They were very professional and provided tips for carpet care. The process was thorough and took less time than anticipated.

They were wonderful. They moved the furniture for me and were delightful to have in my home. They were here for 2 hours and even arrived early. My carpets look brand new.

I called the company and left a message. They returned the call within the day and scheduled the cleaning for the following week. Prior to the cleaning, they sent a reminder in the mail as well as several coupons for additional work. I was given a 2 hour window for the cleaning, and they arrived a few minutes early. They immediately got to work and did a wonderful job.
