We bought an older house formerly owned by an electrician, and we called Tim to do an inspection when electric fixtures stopped working. Some electricians won't do inspections, but Tim did, troubleshooting along the way. Polite, professional, and competent, he put my mind at ease regarding concerns around the house. He even removed a broken bulb base that the previous owner left in place in the basement even though it wasn't on my "task list" for his visit. Highly recommended.

I was referred to Tim through a friend who had a great experience using him. Simply put, you will not regret hiring Tim whether your job is big or small. I purchased a new house almost 4K sq feet and it didn't have a single recessed light in it. It needed a panel upgrade with lightning protection and every single outlet in the house needed to be upgraded. I initially had Tim quote me on adding 15 or so recessed lights and swapping out existing light fixtures/ceiling fans. I ended up installing 45+ recessed lights. Tim was flexible, easy to work with and able to scale up with a 12 person labor force to knock out my job quickly, efficiently as well as keeping the normal construction debris down to a minimum. My wife is a real estate agent and how recommended him to several of her clients since we used him. I can't recommend Tim any more highly than I am. You won't regret it.

If I could give him 10 Stars I would. I can not say enough great things about Timothy Boyd Electric. He added lights/fans to several of our rooms and upgraded our service for under the quoted price and in a minimum amount of time. He was very flexible and quick. He left no mess. He stayed in touch throughout the whole job and even made us aware when we purchased an inadequate fixture. He took it down and put up the new one for no additional cost. He was excellent. I will definitely hire him again and pass his information to anyone who needs an electrician. Tim was stellar. I am very pleased with the job he did and the time frame it too.

Simply put, he is an excellent electrician. I had him changed out some faulty breakers on my panel as well as change out some wall receptacles. I plan on hiring him again for future electrical needs.
