garbage collection
+ -1 morefirst: it took months for my trash to be picked up. i had to call every week to complain that my trash (placed outside the night before) was not picked up. after numerous calls; they finally got it right. but cost kept ticking up. now they are so expensive - about $50 over cost of next provider. when i went online to compare cost, a new customer with WM would be $50 less than i pay now? going to look for new provider. they are now ontime, and take what we put out - but the costs are way above what they should be.

+ -1 moreI've never had any issues with them. They always show up and do what they have to do and I'm happy with their service. I am happy with their price. I will continue to use them in the future.
Description of Work: I have used Waste Management for garbage collection services. Garbage day is Wednesday. I pay 30 dollars a month. I hired them personally.

+ -1 moreThey are good. The only thing is that they do not collect recyclables. Though you can tell them to collect something else but you have to pay extra for it.
Description of Work: I needed somebody to pick-up my garbage so I am hiring the services of Waste Management and they come every Monday.
